This was quite a traumatic and confusing day for all of the inhabitants (be they dead or alive) of Undertale #Copy 493 who were confused about what had just transpired in the past hour.
It seemed like all of the monsters were killed by monsters that looked like... skeletons? But for some strange reason they all looked exactly like Sans with some... minor differences.
Let's go back around an hour.
Chara was not sure what had just happened.
They just erased the world and brought it back. Just like last time.
Just like last time they fell down but this time they fell into bones and died quickly. This was obviously a great shock to Chara.
They were wondering how that skeleton remembered this time. Since they discovered everything there possibly is about the skeleton. They know that the skeleton is good at reading expressions and knows about the resets along with the timelines, but how did they remember this time?
When they died this time, instead of the timeline resetting, they were suddenly knocked unconscious for a second before they realised they were on grass. They stood up and looked around, and they saw a confused and shocked Frisk standing in front of them in the same position.
'What the hell is going on!?' They thought to themselves.
Chara looked at Frisk for a second "What just happened! I don't remember this happening in any of the previous timelines!"
Frisk shook their heads while shrugging their shoulders. They looked equally confused and did not understand the situation either. Frisk looked at their surroundings while Chara did the same after seeing Frisk doing it.
"It seems we are... in a different place now but.... where is this place?" They looked up at the endless blue sky without a hint of pollutions that was accompanied by small clouds. They looked down to see lakes, animals, grass and trees. It looked... peaceful, there was nothing but nature here.
'Are we in... heaven?" It looks way different from what I imagined. No, this can't be heaven. We wouldn't be here.' As Chara was thinking, they heard a voice behind them, with Frisk looking in shock as their eyes opened for a second before closing due to who it was.
"C-Chara?" Chara's eyes widened as they heard this voice. It has been a while since they last heard it. They slowly turned around and saw their brother, Asriel. Not as a flower but as their former selves.
Chara felt something build in their eye as Asriel spoke, Is that you, Chara?"
What was going on?
Over the next hour, more and more monsters arrived. Toriel was shocked to see her former children as she hugged them while also introducing herself to Frisk. Due to this being the first time seeing them, Sans and Papyrus arrived in confusion, not quite understanding how they died along with a lot of the monsters in Snowdin and the Ruins due to their not seeing what killed them and also how quick and painless their deaths were to a point where they didn't even realise they died and just thought they somehow teleported here.
The waterfall monsters were more informed thanks to Alphys warning everyone and the royal guards evacuating everyone. Undyne tried to fight them, but they ended up getting beaten quite easily, then transformed only to be beaten again with a bit more difficulty.
The waterfall monsters and Undyne were in confusion while thinking this was heaven. Undyne spoke to Sans and Papyrus about getting killed by a skeleton that sort of looked like Sans, but only got shrugs due to them not knowing what happened.
"DO NOT WORRY, UNDYNE! I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, WILL RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM!" Papyrus then came up with some wacky theories, with one of them saying that they got transported to another world by a being that decided to look like Sans, and he could only transport them by killing them, which some monsters actually believed due to the being looking like Sans, while most of the other monsters thought that was ludicrous.
Sans was approached by Toriel due to her recognising his voice and beginning to speak with him.
After the waterfall monsters came the hotland monster, Muffet, the amalgamates, and Alphys due to Mark breaking into the true lab and killing everyone who evacuated, including Alphys and the amalgamates who tried to protect her. Alphys was in shock after seeing Undyne and the rest still alive after witnessing their deaths, with Undyne walking up to greet her at this place.
Then the Core monsters put Mettaton in his normal robot body. Mettaton was relieved to see that Alphys and the rest were still alive, even though he also saw them die. A minute after Mettaton came to the hyper timeline, Asgore also arrived. He was paralysed after seeing his children alive again before hugging them and taking in the situation at hand. He was also surprised to see his ex-wife and tried to make small talk, only to be met with cold rejection.
The ultra timeline then began to shake as everyone fell to the floor as a large mountain that was Mount Ebott appeared in front of the monsters 100 meters away. When this happened six humans awoke inside coffins in Mount Ebott that had just appeared as skeletons. The Gaster of that AU woke up in Sans and Papyrus's home much to his confusion due to the last thing he remembered was falling into the core. (Note: The Gasters will have a different backstory from canon sort of. I don't really care)
While everyone looked at the mountain ahead of them that seemed like the mountain they lived in (This was only for the old monsters due to the younger monsters not seeing the mountain). Mark walked behind them silently while buying a microphone from the store for 25g.
"Testing, testing!" Mark said in the microphone making everyone look back in surprise.
"Is this thing on? It is? Good! I am here to make an announcement!" He said with a grin. Although he really shouldn't. This was going to take a lot of explaining before they could understand.
