It was a two-show day at the theatre. The weather was no longer getting above the forties and school was slowly winding down to going on holiday. That is after the dreaded end-of-term tests.

As Lin was heading out to get to the matinee, he grabs the mail to look at it once he gets to the theatre.

Upon arrival, Lin was greeted by the smell of Javi's Cafecíto. Being sure to grab one before the show, he sits down and realizes one envelope is addressed to Aaron.

Setting it aside for her when she stops by after school, he goes and gets ready for a long day.

Aaron on the other hand is currently sitting in maths class trying to figure out quadratic equations. Key word, trying. However, the entire class is struggling so it helps with morale.

Something about the confusion on her classmates' faces as well as the looks of irritation coming from Mr. Collins as he is trying to get through the lesson amuses her.

She has been back to school for a few days now and all is well. Apparently, some of her classmates came to the principal the day the fight broke out and informed him that she has been bullied by Amber's group for a while now.

Therefore, "the incident" as the school refers to it, has been removed from her record. As for Amber, she has already gotten her warning and if any other incidents get reported she will be expelled. Something about how that type of harassment is unacceptable.

Either way, she is grateful because so far Amber and her group haven't even looked in Aaron's direction.

The night Lin got the call, he and Aaron talked about why she didn't say anything about the bullying.

Aaron responded that kids are mean and she is already a target due to being in foster care. She explained that she didn't initially say anything because she felt like admitting it would make all the harsh comments real.

She was tired of feeling small and when she was informed that Lin was already on his way, it felt easier to stay silent.

When hearing this Lin was remorseful, but was quick to assure the teen that he was proud of her and understands. With a promise that next time he will be informed in hopes that another black eye can be avoided.

Another thing that Aaron is aware of is how drastically her relationship with Pippa has become. Ever since that one morning at breakfast, the two are practically inseparable.

She is either with Pippa in her dressing room before a show or at her apartment after school before coming up to the theatre with her.

It makes Lin happy that the pair seem to have a special bond. He is glad that Pippa is becoming one of her role models because what more could he ask for than another strong and intelligent woman in her life. Plus he can't help feeling a bit ecstatic that Pippa is starting to spend more time with them than Tyler.

They just recently went shopping together to get Aaron more winter clothes. Although, it was more like an excited Pippa grabs the clothes while a reluctant Aaron trails behind insisting she has enough to last her a lifetime.

That night, Jazzy came over while the three of them made cookies and watched movies. They all ended up falling asleep on the couch piled on top of one another. Sneaking a quick photo of the sight, Lin went to bed pleased that Aaron was starting to embrace the weird and wild family the cast is.

Now, Aaron is finally done with school for the day and tells Issac that she will send him her math worksheet answers tonight before going to bed.

When she gets to the theatre they have a few more songs to finish the show, so she decides to have her weekly chat with Jimmy, "the dope door guy" as she refers to him because it makes him laugh.
