Angels Like You// Taekook

Chapter 21

After their breakfast, Namjoon and Jin passed by because it was Namjoon's departure day and the two brothers needed to bid goodbye to each other and also because Namjoon needed to remind Jungkook about his responsibility.

After kissing Taehyung's cheeks, Namjoon finally left the apartment accompanied by Jin who also had some business to take care of and Namjoon as the gentleman he was, offered to drop him to his office.

Taehyung and Jungkook spent the rest of the morning on their own, Jungkook had to finish his work, while Taehyung spent his time, shaving his legs and putting on some make up to feel pretty again after days of looking like shit.

After doing his make up routine, Taehyung felt so fucking bored and he didn't want to disturb Jungkook so he called Jimin and fortunately, Jimin wasn't at work so he came by as fast as he could.

It's been days since the two friends have seen each other, anyway. Jimin was busy with work so now is a great opportunity for them to reunite again.

"So, what's up with the pregnancy? Did you go to the obgyn yet?" Jimin beamed in, he and Taehyung are now lying down on the sofa, they are tangled up together just as they used to be and Taehyung would lie if he said that he didn't miss being with his best friend.

"No, we didn't yet. But tomorrow, Jungkook appointed us a visit to an obgyn, the most trusted obgyn of Seoul he said" Taehyung mimicked the last part of his speech and Jimin laughed at that.

  "Well, guess you're living the life of a royalty now. You get everything you want. Jungkook's rich as fuck, so I'm sure he's going to spoil you"

"Yeah, yeah! Now move your ass and let's watch a movie!"

"What? But I'm good here!" Jimin exclaimed, snuggling closer to Taehyung and Taehyung simply hummed in, secretly loving the way he fits in Jimin's tiny embrace.

They stayed like that for another hour, talking and gossiping about their lives and people they both hate, until it was noon and Jungkook barged in to break their peace.

The businessman ordered Japanese foods from his cook and his family driver delivered  the food not long after.

And that's  why they ended up, eating delicious sushi and shrimp fried rice.

Both Jimin and Taehyung were like little kids, they were more than happy while Jungkook simply looked at them from afar with a little smile each time Taehyung would moan on the food.

It's crazy how foods can make these two happy.

After lunch, Jimin got a phone call from Yoongi and had to leave so Taehyung sadly hugged him before letting his friend escape.

If it was up to him, Taehyung would've never let Jimin go because staying alone with Jungkook sounds a bit scary. He's afraid of his own feelings because somehow he feels like it's going to keep growing with time.

"Tomorrow's the visit to the obgyn... how are you feeling?" Jungkook asked to start the conversation, they haven't been properly talked since this morning and Jungkook hates the strong cold atmosphere in the apartment.

"I'm good. I feel healthier than when I was in the hospital." Taehyung chuckled, as he wiped his mouth with a napkin since he finished his meals.

It's been a week since he got out of the hospital and many things have already happened. Like the fact that now, Jungkook's by his side and his brother went back to Daegu.

Taehyung is still dumbfounded about the fact that the Jeon Jungkook who used to make hell out of his life, is now by his side, doing everything he says and being kind and gentle, almost as if he feels the same way Taehyung does.
