Chapter Three

       Calvin smirked as he get in his car, why? he has a new target of course!. He took his phone out of his pocket and call Blue.

"This better be good asshole" sagot nito sa kabilang linya.

"Chill, man" natatawang sabi nya rito.

"do you know what time is it??" pagalit pa ring turan nito.

Tiningnan nya ang oras sa cellphone ay naiintindihan nya kung bakit grumpy ito. Blue's not a morning person especially when their business boom. The three of them including Dave  own bars, and Blue's the one who manages them, since he's also busy with their dental clinic.

"I met this girl" inumpisahan nyang magkwento,

"and what does this have to do with me? or my fucking sleep???" He grunted.

"How about we make a bet?" Blue loves bet especially when he wins them.

"you got me at bet, so what's up?" saad nito.

"I met this girl at Havens last night". Havens was the name of the bar they own. "actually, she's one of our patient at the clinic, I just didn't recognize her, she's far from what she is everytime she visits the clinic"

"how far?, can you get to the point man, I'm really sleepy " he's getting impatient.

"you haven't seen her last night?, she's a bomb man, her boobs almost coming out of her tiny red dress, hindi sya ganun pag pumupunta sya sa clinic" he said imagining Claire

"I haven't seen her because I'm so busy at the office while you and Dave are just partying" he's getting grumpy again.

Natawa sya. "what if I make her fall for me and dump her afterwards?" sabi nya ignoring what he said.

"just like every girl you met? how much?"

"a million? it's just a small bet, I just wanna play with her".

"okay then, tell that to others" he's referring to their other friends.

Calvin plays with women because he hates them, for him women are all gold diggers. His mother was the best example to that. She married his father for his money and when their company was near bankruptcy she left them to be with some rich guy. Hindi ito kinaya ng ama nya kaya nagsuicide ito, naiwan sa kanya ang responsibilidad ng kompanya at ng kanyang nakababatang kapatid na si Erin. Kinailangan nyang pagsabayin ang pag aaral at pagpapatakbo ng kompanya. Ginabayan naman sya ng kapatid ng kanyang ama na si Uncle Steve. Nang nakapagtapos sya ng pag aaral ay nagtayo sya ng sariling dental clinic at nakipag sososyo sa mga kaibigan nya na magpatayo ng bar.

Di nya namalayan na nakarating na pala sya ng clinic nya sa lalim ng iniisip nya. He saw Erin, his sister standing beside the door waiting for him.

"Where have you been last night kuya?" she asked angrily.

"Havens" maikling tugon nya.

"di ka man lang tumawag" parang nagtatampong saad nito,

He just hug her and kiss her forehead.
"I've been busy, and you shouldn't worry about me, I'm a grown ass man".

"I'm not worried, hinahanap ka ng kambal" she's referring to her sons. Fire and Ice, he didn't know what's gotten to his sister to name her sons like that.

"Where are they?"

"Kitchen,eating their breakfast,they've been waiting for you" saad nito at sumunod sa kanya maglakad patungo sa kusina ng building.

"Tito Vin!!" tuwang sigaw ng dalawang bata pasalubong sa kanya, agad naman nyang kinarga ang mga ito at hinalikan sa noo.

"Where were you last night?" tanong sa kanya ni Ice,

"Yeah, where were you? you promised to read us a story, but we fell asleep while waiting for you" Fire said and pouted.

"I fought a lot of monsters last night" namilog ang mga mata ng dalawang bata sa narinig,

"what did they look like? are they ugly?" tanong ni Ice,

"Did you take a picture of it?" Fire said

"I did not, I forgot but next time I will take pictures of it for you to see, is that okay?"

"Okay!!!!" they said in unison and run to the kitchen.

"You shouldn't make promises like that, you know my kids" naiiling na sabi ni Erin.

He just shrugged and walk to his office. Nang makaupo sya sa swivel chair nya ay agad nyang binuksan ang laptop at hinanap ang files ni Claire, He need to know her contact information.
When he got it, he immediately send her a text.

hey, are you home already?
are you still sore?

Tumunog ang notification ngcellphone ni Claire, pagkahigang pagkahiga nya sa kama. Kararating lang nya sa inuupahang apartment pagkatapos syang iinterogate ni Sabrina tungkol sa nangyari kagabi. Mabuti na lang at rest day ngayong araw dahil kung hindi ay hindi sya makakapasok, sa sobrang sakit ng katawan nya, especially down there.
Tiningnan nya kung sino ang nagtext at napakunot sya ng noo ng makitang unknown number ito.

hey, are you home already?
are you still sore?

Parang alam nya kung sino ang nagtext pero ayaw nya pa ding mag assume, kaya nag reply sya.

I'm sorry but who is this?🤔

Pinatong nya muna ang cellphone sa kama para magbihis. Nanlaki ang mga mata nya ng makitang ang daming pulang marka sa inner thigh nya at sa palibot ng dibdib nya. Tumunog ulit ang notification nya at nilingon nya ito.

Nabulunan sya ng laway ng mabasa ang reply nito sa kanya.  Putang ina, is he for real?? . Binitiwan nya ang cellphone at hindi nireplyan ito, more like hindi nya alam ang irereply dito. Nagpatuloy syang magbihis at nahiga sa kama, she really want to sleep and she did.

2 hours had passed and still no reply from Claire, He waited, but even if he's busy with their patient, he's still thinking about Claire. Should I call her? is my text message too much? I was  just being honest.
  He stared at his phone, and grab it. I should call her, he dialled her number and when he hear it ringing, he's practicing what's he gonna tell her. But a few more rings and she did not answer it. He tried again and when he was about to end the call, he hears her bedroom voice which make his buddy  twitch.

"Hello? who is this?"  he hear her yawn, which sound sexy. He cleared his throat before he answer.

"Vin, your dentist "  He tried to sound cool, he waited for her answer but there's a few seconds silence. He thought the line disconnected but no.

"Oh Doc Vin, good  afternoon"

Sumilip sya sa bintana at nakitang, madilim na. Tumawa sya ng bahagya.
"it's evening, good evening my sweet flower" . He didn't know where it came from. Oh he just really want to get inside her pants again, that's the only explanation he could give to himself.

"uh? Doc?"  She seemed confused on what he just said. "are you playing with me?"

"What if I am? are you willing?"
