Alexander's POV-
She's been gone for 12 hours. Why isn't she home yet?! I'm standing in Brian's office pacing the floor. My brothers are looking at me with worry.
"Stop staring at me! We need to find her!" I exclaimed. They looked away and started typing on their laptops. We saw some footage. There's a firewall my brothers couldn't hack through.
"Move! Ari taught me some tricks!" I exclaimed, highly annoyed. In a few seconds, I was through to the raw footage.
"Bingo!" I muttered. We watched the footage.
It was of Ari, walking down an alleyway, and into the underground boxing ring. She disappeared from our view for a moment, but she got kicked out after half an hour. She probably killed someone.
"Why do you think she got kicked out?" Reese asked. We all gave him 'Really?' looks. He shrugged.
"I didn't think she'd kill someone because she's upset!" He explained. Brian and I rolled our eyes. That's totally something she'd do.
"Whatever, let's finish watching these," I said. There is more than one piece of footage.
Ari stood there, and punched the guys who kicked her out. She walked away like nothing happened. She was pulled somewhere and the cameras lost connection. Shoot!
"No! Why did it have to die then?!" Mike exclaimed. Brian slammed his fist on the table. Reese had a look of fury on his face. I just sat there. I was numb. I couldn't feel anything without her. Without my twin.
"I'll contact the Russians," Brian quickly said and pulled out his phone. He started screaming in Russian. I just sighed and put my head in my hands. Then, it hit me. I need to contact Chris and Zane. They'll help us.
"Brian, I'm gonna call Chris and Zane," I said to him, and he nodded.
I quickly speedwalked to my room where they couldn't hear anything. I dialed Chris' number and waited for him to pick up. After the 4th ring, he picked up.
"This better be an emergency, Alex. You know that's the only reason I gave you this number," he gruffly said. I rolled my eyes.
"Why would I be calling you then?!" I snapped. He took in a breath. He knew something was wrong. I don't snap like that.
"What happened?" He asked calmly.
"Someone took Ari," I responded. I could 'hear' the anger and frustration in his breathing.
"Send me what you know," he said and hung up. I sighed and sent him the footage and statistics. He read it and started working I assume.
"How did Chris react?" Brian asked, walking into my room. He plopped down onto my bed.
"He was really mad. But, he agreed to help," I started. "He will always help Ari and I. We all made a promise to be there for each other," I explained. He nodded.
"It’s been forever since the incident," Brian said. I sighed again. He pulled me into a hug.
"I know you can't cope without her. We'll find her. If she's hurt, you can have the first whack!" He offered, trying to lighten the mood. It did not work. I laid down like a starfish on my bed, him laying beside me in order to keep the hug going.
"What if that happens again? What if- what if she gets hurt again? I'd never forgive myself. Chris and Zane would never forgive themselves. You guys would never forgive yourselves," I whispered the last part. He hugged me even tighter.
"Just know this is hard on all of us. Ari is like a second mom to us all...she's so...independent. So, tough. Caring, kind...ruthless," Mike started walking into the room. I smiled slightly at his comment. It's all true. She's the whole package.
"She's your everything, we know that Alex. But, it's times like these that she needs us...especially you," Reese said, walking in as well. I shrugged.
"I know," I whispered. They all sighed in unison. I rolled my eyes. I heard my phone ring. The caller ID said it was Zane. I immediately picked up.
"Where is she?!" I exclaimed.
"She's at the Italians' place, our allies. They kidnapped her. They want $300,000 for her to return," Zane said.
"Transfer the money. Only when we get her back though," I said. Zane hmmed and cut the call. I had tears in my eyes.
"They found her!" I exclaimed. Our brothers cheered.
“Who took her?!” Reese exclaimed. I sighed, grimacing.
“Our allies. The Italians.”
They all stopped short at my comment.
"Let's go get our sister!" Brian exclaimed and ran out to his car, anger seeping into his tone. We all followed, I was quicker than anyone. I'm the most excited. We found my twin!
Ariana's POV-
Finally! They found me! I managed to call Zane...I hope Alex had called him before. He probably didn't...but to be safe, I told him to call him. To tell him I was okay. Some kidnappers they are. They didn't even take my phone. Or tie me up. I have a knife in my back pocket if things get out of hand.
"Let's go, brat. Your family is here," one of the guards said. I shrugged. That was easier than expected.
"Okay," I responded coldly. He led me out of the cell. This is easy. Too easy. They probably held me for ransom. That's why this is easy.
"How much?" I asked. The guard looked confused. I rolled my eyes.
"How much did you want them to pay for me, idiot?" I asked again. He rolled his eyes.
"$300,000," he responded. I choked on my spit looking at him in disbelief. He smirked.
"I'm worth so much more than that!" I exclaimed, annoyed. He chuckled.
"Nope! No one but you thinks that!" He responded. I internally smirked. I got him talking.
"Well...no one except my twin..." I trailed off. I pretended to widen my eyes and smack my hand over my mouth. He smirked. He thinks he got me. I saw Alex right behind him, I internally smirked.
"What twin?" He asked. I smirked visibly.
"The one right behind you," I said nonchalantly. Alex laughed and hit him on the head with the butt of his gun. I smirked. I pulled him into a hug. He took me to our brothers. They all tried to kill me. I'm sure of it. They hugged me that hard.
"Can't....breathe..." I wheezed out. They let their grips loosen but didn't let go. I rolled my eyes and patted their backs.
"Nice to see you guys too," I said. They all pouted...except for Alex. I know he's always gonna be there.
"Chris, Zane! Thank you so much!" Alex exclaimed looking right behind me. I turned around with wide eyes. They smiled as I pulled them into a bone crushing hug.
"It's been forever! I'm so, so, so, so, sorry! I will never do it again!!" I yelled into their ears. They're a couple of boys our age. We met them a while ago. They help us with emergencies, and emergencies only.
"It's okay, Ariana," Chris said petting my head. Aww, no hug?
"Yeah, we're past that now, don't worry," Zane added. I nodded. We waved bye to each other and then my brothers, twin and I left. Now, to sleep. I’m flipping exhausted.
