Halloween: Returns

Chapter 1

It was a cold dark Halloween night in Haddonfield IL. Emily Lloyd, who was the daughter of Jamie, is 18 years old. She was laying on her bed getting into her costume as her mom was in the living room. Jamie still does not like to think about Halloween even though it's been 32 years since she saw Michael break out of jail. But Michael never came back to Haddonfield, which she thought was odd. Emily gets into her slutty nurse costume and walks downstairs to show her mom. "Do you like it?' Emily said. "No I don't like it, you are not going to the party as a slutty nurse. Go upstairs and try on your other devil costume," Jamie said as she nodded her head. "Ugh fine!!!' Emily said, giving her mom an attitude. "Hey, you're lucky I'm letting you go to a halloween party. You know how I feel about this night." Emily goes upstairs and rolls her eyes as she walks in her room and changes into her devil costume. Her long brown hair gets messy as she then brushes it and puts on the devil costume. She goes back downstairs to show her mom. "Better?" Jamie said. "Listen, have fun tonight... please be home by 11, and call me every hour you are there." Jamie said as Emily smiles "Thank you for letting me go mom. I appreciate it... especially since what you've been through." "Of course Emily. Now go, don't let me stop you" Jamie smiles. Emily hugs her mom "Love you mom, see you later. Happy Halloween" she said as she opened the front door to the 2 story house and left. Jamie is worried that her daughter is going to a party tonight but she thought to herself. I have to let her go. I can't stop her from doing everything. Jamie goes into the kitchen and opens the fridge filled with food and drinks they have. She grabs the bottle of wine and pours it into a glass and drinks it. Jamie always likes to drink on Halloween night. It calms her down. She just hopes her daughter is home soon.
Emily walks Haddonfeild's streets to the party at her friend's house which is only 2 blocks away. She knocks on her friend's door and her friend Justin, who wears glasses and has dirty blonde hair, answers the door.  Justin was hosting the party.  "Heyyy, Emily!! Nice to see you." He said as Emily smiled. "I thought you were supposed to go as a slutty nurse?" Justin said. "Yeah, I was but my mom said it was too inappropriate for the party" she says letting out a little laugh. "Oh, well that makes sense... Come in!!!" he said as Emily walked into his house as the strobe lights and The Monster Mash was blasting from the speakers. All of Emily's friends are there. Her friends Jenna, Thomas, Ariana and her boyfriend Brandon. Her friend Jenna comes over in her kitten costume  "Hey Slut!!" she says to Emily as a joke. "Heyy Jenna. How are you?" She asked. "I'm good, and you?" Emily Asked. "I've been okay..." she says, acting weird. "Jenna. Are you okay? You seem off." She says. "I'm fine." Jenna said as Jenna's boyfriend Chad walks over to Jenna. "Hey Chad, your girlfriend is acting strange." Emily said. "I am no-" Jenna barfs all over Chad's shirt before she could finish her sentence. "EWWWW!!" Chad said. "You ruined my costume..."  "I'm so sorry.' Jenna said. "It's fine, I'll just walk back home and get a new costume. See you later." Chad said walking out the door to go home and change into his other costume. Emily looks at Jenna and laughs a bit and goes upstairs to her boyfriend. She goes upstairs and sees her boyfriend. "Hey Babe." Emily said. "Hey Emily, are you drunk?" Brandon asked. "No, I have not drank yet." Emily said. "Okay well... anyways." He says as he pushes her onto the bed and makes out with her.
Chad is walking home to change out of his costume with barf on it and he hears a tiny crunching sound, like someone was just walking on the leaves. "Hello?" he said as he thinks he's not alone. No response. Chad keeps walking as he hears the sound getting closer to him like someone is walking behind him. He turns around and jumps as he sees The Shape staring at him with a kitchen knife in one hand. "Uh... you need something dude?" Chad said. No response. All he could hear was the shapes breathing. "Um, okay well I'm gonna go home now. Happy Halloween." he said nervously as he turned around and continued to walk home. The Shape comes closer and closer to Chad as he comes behind him and stabs him in the back as it goes through his body and comes out the other end. Micheal moves the knife up and down cutting more and more of his body open, Michael then turns Chad around and stabs him again in the chest cutting his heart out. The Shape drops Chad's body laying next to his heart.
Back at the party Jenna is talking to her friend Ariana with red hair dressed like a witch. "Okay my boyfriend is gone for a while now i'm getting worried" Jenna said. "It's fine, I mean he had to change his whole costume," Ariana said. "No, I'm gonna walk to his house right now to see where he is," Jenna said. "Be careful Jenna." Ariana said as Jenna walked outside walking to Chad's house. "CHAD?!" Jenna yells a couple of times. She kept walking and she found Chad's body hanging from a tree with his heart in his mouth. She let out a loud scream the whole town of Haddonfield probably heard. She hears The Shape walking up behind her. She turned around and screamed as she saw Michael. She runs and screams "HELP!!!" as she trips over a tree branch while running into her house which is only 2 minutes from Justins. She runs in and locks the door as she calls 911. She laid against the door so she can push if Michael tries to get in.  "911 what's your emergency?" BANG!!! Michael stabs Jenna in the back of her head and the knife comes out the other end through the door. "Hello?" the 911 operator said on the phone as Michael picked up the phone and breathed into it. "Who is this? We are sending someone right now!!" The operator said as Michael hangs up, takes the knife out of her head and walks away.
