Isn't that a little strange? I think this must have something to do with the Vacker legacy, but maybe we'll find out in three days from Stellarlune. Who knows?
And while we know his mental state is very different than others, he can still function and he hasn't died or anything. The other ancient councilors would have had to fade away from light leaping or be murdered/dying from wounds or injury...
