Personally, I don't think that Ethan Benidict Wright is Sophie's father. My reasoning is:
-he is a human. We know that he is human, it is canonically confirmed that he is human.
-Sophie's father is confirmed by Mr Forkle on many occasions to be an elf. He has called Sophie's bio parents "elves."
