Chapter 5

When dusk approaches, Zack is sneaking around while he tells himself. "I guess it's time to see with my own eyes, if it really is you!" Zack notices an odd entity on the top of one of the buildings, this gives him the motivation to get all the way up it and see who the entity is, but once he makes it up, the figure looks like it has a cape. "Oh, it's just you Elia." Zack gets closer to the entity which seems to be Elia until he notices what looks like a cannon on its shoulder. "Darn, you sure got an upgrade-" Once he is surprised by what seems to be Elia, the figure turns around and aims the cannon at Zack blasting him! Luckily, Zack dodged it but is also confused and angry. "What's with her?" he asks until he sees the figure has disappeared and another one pops out but this time, he knows who it is. "You!" He says in anger while the figure responds back. "Oh, it's you." Zack taunts the figure back by stating. "You sure know how to throw a party. No food, no drinks, and the only babe just left." While the figure replies back once again. "My sincerious apology, brother!" The figure turns out to know Zack as well, and seems to be a blood relative of his. "Look sis, I just want to know what you're doing here okay? So tell me, what on earth is going on and I'll leave you be!" She replies to her brother's question. "Can't you see? War is approaching and you might not be able to stop it!" Zack angrily tells himself who might be doing it. "Alexa!" Until his sister corrects him. "Not Alexa, but someone else you fought before. Someone who destroyed the place you all once lived!" Zack thinks to himself on who it might be, and the gears turn in his head and realizes who it is. "No, not him!" His sister smirks at him and states. "You just met him again a few minutes ago." Which confuses him until he remembers the figure he confused for Elia. "That was him? T-that ba-" He is quickly cut off by his sister one last time to hear these words. "I should warn you to get ready!" Once Zack hears this he asks her this. "Why won't you help us?" Until she turns around and says. "I'm not helping you nor your friends. Because I'm helping him!" He realizes that his sister is helping the enemy and right when he is about to say something, he gets impaled through his arm! "Sorry, but your sister has made her decision!" It was Slash! And he tries to cut Zack's arm off like he did with Ethan until something odd happens. "Hey, stop it! I told you not to hurt him!" Zack's sister tries to stop Slash from severely injuring her brother until Slash taunts her. "Oh, I see a little sisterly love still in you!" Which annoys her. "I hate him, but I don't wish death upon him!" She says while putting her scythe on Slash's neck! "You're always such a softy, Maria!" Slash drops her name which triggers her! "But, I don't feel like hurting this weakling." Slash lets go of Zack and sprints off along with Maria. "Crap! I need to let everyone know the danger that's coming!" Zack goes to warn everyone but he goes to patch up his injury first!
