Chapter 7

Once the person got news from the team, they returned to the base he works for and gave him the news. "Sir, I found out that they are gathering everyone to fight back!" He reassures them to not be worried. "Calm down Slash." While Slash replies. "I am calm, I just want all of them destroyed!" Slash says with an evil grin on his face. "That's why you're the leader of the team Slash." The General compliments him. Slash then grabs his sword and goes out of the base to hunt everyone down. Then, the General calls his army full of robots and leads them to battle! An hour passes, And Zack along with everyone else is waiting for the General's attack. "Where is he?" He whispers to himself. "I don't have all day." Trisha complains while Elia and Miles are teasing each other. "Hey you two should stop messing around." Zack tells them which doesn't go well. "Hey, leave them alone. Look how cute they are together!" Ashley says with a smile on her face. "Alright, is everyone ready?" Macie asks. Then, an army of robots appear outta the city. "What the heck?" Elia says in a confused tone. Then, the General walks in front of his army and lectures. "Children, we will give a truce, and that is if you let us have this city, and we will leave you be. So, what will it be?" General asks. "Never!" Miles yells. "Oh, well. Charge!" General commands his army to attack all of them. "Great job Miles, now we have to deal with all of these crappy robots!" Angerly, Trisha says. "Hey, don't talk to him like that!" Elia yells which makes both of them argue. While both of them argue, Ashley and Zack do some damage to the army. "Look at all of these heaps of-" Zack gets interrupted when a robot manages to hit him with its blaster. "*chuckles* You should learn how to pay attention more." Ashley chuckles while Zack is annoyed. Once he gets up, he hears a familiar voice and goes to find where it's coming from. He finally finds the noise and quickly hides before she sees him. "Alright, where is Zack?" She asks a girl. "W-what are you talking about?" The girl asks. "Oh please, you never heard of the hunter Zack? I get it, he is very bad at his job but still." The girl then grabs her scythe and blocks her attacks with it! "Get away!" She yells while Zack looks in shock. "Holy crap, she's insane!" Maria grabs her weapon then leaves. "I promise you, this isn't the last time you will see me!" She warns her, as she leaves, Zack goes out from hiding and tells Maria. "Yeah, that's what you get! You suck sis!" As he tells her off, she throws a rock at him which lands on his head and he falls over from the hit. "Gah, that stupid-hey, who are you and how on earth did you defend yourself like that?" Zack asks the girl but she just walks away. "Hey wait, what is your name?" Zack tries to get her name before she leaves. "My name is Alicia." Zack asks if she is the Alicia he's thinking of. "Oh, are you Alicia, the cousin of Madison's boyfriend?" Alicia responds back and corrects him. "What? No, I'm not his cousin and I don't know who you're talking about." After she corrects him, she leaves while Zack looks outside and sees Elia being defeated by Slash. "Useless, you're the most pathetic thing I've ever seen!" Slash taunts her until Miles gets so upset, he turns into his demon form. "Oh, you think I'm afraid of some demon child? Give me a freaking break." While Slash taunts him, Elia blasts him from behind while of course saying. "Bingo!" Miles goes back into his normal form and hugs her. "You did amazing out there!" Miles compliments Elia while she kisses him, until Slash gets back up and charges at Miles! When suddenly, Slash gets blasted and is confused. "W-what the-" Once the smoke cleared, the person who blasted him was. "E-Ethan?!?!" Everyone gasps to see Ethan alive and well. "Well, I'm impressed. But still that doesn't change the fact that you are a weak little-" When Slash was about to finish his sentence, Ethan blasted him while taunting him. "Huh? I can't hear you!" Once Ethan turned around, Elia hugged him with tears of joy. "Y-you're okay! I-I'm sorry I wasn't there for you." Ethan cheers her up by saying. "It's okay, I know you weren't able to save me and you aren't a part of the group remember?" Ethan talks about how the team have groups of 2-3 for example, Zack and Ashley are always together, Elia and Miles are always in they're group, and Ethan, Trisha, and Macie are in a group as well. Once Elia and Ethan talk for a bit, she sees Trisha going towards him. "Hey, T-Trisha, I know I failed the mission and failed Macie as well. All I ask for is-" He gets interrupted by Trisha when she hugged him. Everyone is in shock at Trisha's reaction. "Did she just hug him?" Miles whispers to Elia, which Elia is also shocked from. Once Slash got defeated, everyone retreated along with Slash. "Really that's it?" Macie says to herself. Then suddenly, the General blasts his cannon at everyone. "Just because my men left doesn't mean I'm done with you!" While General blasts them, Ethan uses his robotic arm and grapples on to him and blasts him. The General falls on the ground from the impact. "Gah, I am going to destroy you-" While the General threatens, Ethan throws a grenade at him and before it explodes, Ethan taunts the General. "If you really are going to destroy us? I'd love to see you try!" The General lets out one last sentence. "Oh you son of a-" The General is then launched away from the explosion and while everyone cheers in victory. "We did it! We saved the day again!" Everyone cheers while Miles and Elia hug it out. "We owe it to Ethan!" Trisha says to everyone, then everyone cheers for Ethan and goes to Miles' house to party, and celebrate the win!
