The 150th Hunger Games

The Hunger Games Day 2

I wake up after a relaxing sleep and peek out to see the sun just rising. Then I hear the cannon.

BOOM!BOOM!

The Hovercraft flies over to the tall grass and picks up 2 lifeless humans. What a great way to start the day. 2 people dying. I then think that there is something in the grass that is dangerous. I decided to move because im too close to the Carrers for my liking. I stuff everything into my black bag, except for my dagger, which I clip to my belt, and my bow, so im armed if someone attacks me. Then I start trecking through the forest for another cave,hole or someplace else. I decided to follow the ring of water. I replenish my water and keep moving. After about 15 minutes I scale a tree to see where I am. I get to the top and see the mountain and some pinpricks. I then see below me a group of 4, one of them is Rick. I climb down a bit then say "Nice to see ya Rick." He turns around quickly and so do the others. "Man Talia, scare the living daylight out of me." Rick says. "You guys can lower your weapons. This is Talia." I then realise that his teammates are all armed and weapons raised. Their is a girl with long brown hair and dark skin armed with a Axe, a girl with black short hair armed with a Katana, and a tall bulky blonde haired man with a Spear. Ricky has a Dagger and throwing knives. They all lower their weapons. "So, Talia, This is Greta" Rick points to the black haired girl. "This is Lumba." Rick points to the brown haired girl with dark skin. "And this is Darius." Rick says while pointing to the blonde man. We smile. "Is she gonna team?" Lumba asks. "No, me and Ricky are trucing." I say. We smile and shake hands. "So, did any of you get stung by the Grindala?" I ask. "Well, only Greta. But we got her the weapon she wanted. Some Carrers wanted it, but we got it first." Darius said. "You?"

"Couldnt have, did you see the haul she had." Ricky comments. "I got quite a bit and now I wish I got a bit more." I say. Greta tells me about the mountain. "Dont go there, because we were climbing up there, hoping to reach the top, and then a girl raced ahead of us and got to the top. Well, we heard a scream and a growl like wolfs, and then the cannon boomed. We ran into the woods." "Thanks for the warning, Ill stay away from there." I say. I wave to them and walk away. After a bit of trecking I find another cave. I hop inside and cover it with a large rock. I see the sun starting to set and I plan out a strategy to take out the Carrers.

BOOM!

I see the Hovercraft fly over to take a body from the meadow area. Must have been stupid to go where all the Carrers are. The anthem plays and I look out the crack to see who died. The boy from District 3 died. He might have ran into the meadow to team and then they killed him. District 5's girl and District 6's girl. Thats all the deaths. Soon the Gamemakers will do something about the lack of deaths. I frown and fall asleep.
