— Ran's POV —

Now we wait for y/n to show up..

I immediately turned my head to the door when I heard it open "y/n!- oh" it was just Rindou.

"y/n? Do you know what's up with her?" "What do you mean?" "I ran into her like a minute ago and she looked extremely upset... I asked her what's wrong and she just told me that she can't talk to me right now"

"Oh god... seems like it didn't go well with Izana then.." "What do you mean? What happened?"

"Well when we came back we walked in to Izana kissing a girl" "So?..."

What does he mean so?

"What-... Nevermind... I forgot that you don't know" "Don't know what? What did you guys not tell me?"

I stood up and put on a jacket before leaving the room, Rindou ran after me "Hello?? Where are you going?" "Looking for y/n!"

"Ran, what are you hiding from me! Are y/n and Izana dating?" "No, no... that's not it"

I didn't run, I just walked with a rather fast speed.

"Then what, tell me!" "God damn, they fucked!" I'm sorry y/n... I couldn't keep it in.

"They.. what?" Rindou stopped walking, so I did the same.. I could feel him staring at the back of my head, I slowly turned around to him.

"Rin.. I didn't tell you because she asked me not to tell anyone.. and I didn't want you to be hurt" "How even.. I can't imagine that, not at all"

It is hard to imagine but Rindou actually just doesn't want it to be true.

"Izana confessed his feelings to her a few days ago, yesterday night they hooked up and she told him that her feelings were mutual but then she came back to him kissing another girl.. that's what she told me"

"So she..." Rindou just stared down at the floor and mumbled things, he looked more shocked than upset.

"We can't waste our time here, if she's hanging around outside right now then she's in actual danger, it's almost 3 am!"

"Yea alright fine, I don't love you, I don't even like you as a person, I used you for my own pleasure, okay?"

Every time I think back to his words I can't help but tear up once again.

I don't understand why he did it.. well, for his 'own pleasure', but... I was actually convinced that he at least liked me as a friend... I didn't expect any of this.
