Cael

I had just stepped out of the shower after excersising and eating breakfast when my phone rang.

"Hi!" I answered, seeing Chihiro on the other hand. "Hello! I'm on my way out now, could you tell me where you live so I can pick you up?"

"Oh! Of course!" I told him the address and swiftly dressed in a plain forest green long-sleeved shirt, black  jacket and grey pants. I brushed my hair and teeth, putting on cologne and deodorant when the doorbell rang.

I opened the door after grabbing my wallet and keys. Chihiro was standing there, in a red fleece sweater and black pants, walking a double stroller with two soundly asleep demon children inside.

"Hi," he chirped. "All ready to go?"

"Absolutely," I closed the door behind me and we headed out. "Your babies are so cute!" I cooed as one shyly peeked at me going back to snuggling what I presumed go be his brother.

"Thank you! The one on the right is mine. The one on the left is the next prince of Hell." At the sound of his title, the prince awoke and made grabby hands at Chihiro.

"Ah, one second Cael." He picked the baby up gently and held him to his chest, rocking him gently as the Prince's chubby face hid in his neck.

Then the other started crying.

"Oh dear." He clicked his tongue and lifted the other with his other arm.

"Little darlings." He managed to juggle both of them, his back bowing out as he supported their weight.

The fuss ended after a short while and I helped Chihiro put them back in the stroller and strapped in.

"They're so precious." I whispered as we walked slower in order to not wake them. "I know," he smiled. "He's my third, his name is Kai! And the little prince is Jude."

The babies rustled in the stroller again, pressing their chubby cheeks together. "I bet they're mates!" He squealed quietly. "I can practically see the red string!"

I didn't know what that meant so I let it go over my head as I thought about what my own children would be like. Children with Master Eerie. Him sitting in a chair by the window, the sunlight hitting his face perfectly as he rocked our child to sleep. I blushed and cleared my throat. "Ah, are you thirsty? Here, let's get some coffee for the road." He took a turn with the stroller and walked into a cozy cream and brown shop.

I followed behind diligently, taking in all the smells of coffee and the antique paintings until we hit the brown granite counter. He ordered us both some coffees and I held out my card to pay for it. He slapped my hand away with a scowl and rustled through his diaper bag for his wallet, paying for the drinks.

"I invited you out, I'm paying for the snacks. Here's your coffee, Cael." He smiled sweetly, his bunny-like teeth peeking out from behind his pink lips.

"Now, let's go shopping!" He cheered as he took a sip of his coffee. We exited the building and walked until we reached a street that was filled on both sides with booths, the smell of food filling the air.

Each booth section had about six booths in it, representing different areas. I noticed South Asia, Eastern Europe, the Americas as we passed by them.

We got to the East Asian booth where Chihiro stopped. He greeted the young man working the booth and started to order lots of things I have never heard of. The man bagged it up quickly and Chihiro gave him his card. After the transaction was complete, he placed the paper back in the undercarriage of the stroller and kept walking.
