In which YOU, Y/N, known as the well-behaved & poised daughter of the famous singer Louise Avet, decided to be not so compliant anymore and screw the rules in hopes of getting the attention you want from your busy-bodied mother.
Where you somehow e...
I stare at him dumbfounded. Automatically my heart started to beat faster. I'm getting anxious. What do I do?
Is he going to blackmail me into paying him more money? Maybe report the incident to prime time? What if he—
"Relax, I'm not gonna sell you out." He simply laughed at my reaction. "You can trust me."
Like I'd trust him that easily.
I took a moment to process his words. Right. If he wanted to he would've done so already. I shake my hands as a poor attempt to calm myself down.
Of all times my chest started to tighten now.
"You look pale." He noticed. "Are you okay?"
I shrugged him off. I pulled out my wallet to pay for the acoustic and attempted to walk out the door as fast as I could.
I don't really have the best life choices, but leaving had always been my coping mechanism. Like a born instinct, once everything goes wrong, that's what I do. Leave.
But before I could even step out of the door, Luka had grabbed my arm yanking me from the door milliseconds before a car breaks in the store.
I could feel Luka panting heavily. My back slammed hard unto the hard wood as we backed up to the counter.
The car was inches away from Luka and I, with me hidden behind his back. He probably inhaled more smoke coming from the engine more than I have, but I'm having more trouble breathing than he was.
Falling debris had been more than what we expected and Luka tried his best to keep me from getting hit. Several screams were heard from inside and outside the building were in.
"It is I, stormy weather!"
An akumatized citizen. She looked right at us.
"Run when I tell you to." Luka whispers to me, I looked around and there was only one way to run to. And much to my dismay, it's behind stormy weather.
"I'm the only weather girl who always gets the forecast right!"
She casted strong winds in our direction and all the hanged guitars fell and the walls came crashing down.
"Run where, exactly?" I deadpanned. The store owner was busy trying to get rid of the ransacked guitars that's blocking his back door.
I have to think.
Ladybug and Chat Noir would probably be coming but we have to do our best to survive by ourselves until they're here.
Stormy Weather started blasting ice and I jumped to the opposite side by all means to avoid it. But that jump meant getting seperated from Luka.
I breathe deep as I seeked refuge by hiding behind the car, it's probably best to be at seperate corners to give Stormy Weather a bit of a harder time.
"Where aaaaare you?" She starts taunting us. I sneak a peek to see how Luka's doing and Stormy Weather appears right in front of me.
"Fuck!" I scream out in shock.
"You think you can hide from me?" She laughs like a maniac. I almost had a heart attack. I stare at her and see hawkmoth's mark on her. Whoever that is, he really needs to fuck off!
My eyes trail next to that stick she's holding. It is possible that she can't cast attacks if she doesn't have that stick?
As soon as she points it to me, I knew what I had to do.
"Ruby, my guitar is ruined!" Luka calls out to me like a child complaining to his mother. I couldn't help but notice he used ruby instead of Y/N.
This seemed to distract Stormy Weather too, and I take this chance to kick the what I just realized was a parasol off of her hands.
"Luka!" I shout and grabbed Stormy Weather by her feet, engaging my strength to pull her down.
"Get off of me!" She struggled by trying to pry me off of her but I gripped her tight. I'm not letting her fly off and turn us all into popsicles.
"We just bought that guitar, you shit!" My annoyance kicked in as I pulled her harder with gritted teeth.
My shoulder felt a wincing pain from the sudden pressure I'm putting on it but still, I tried to swung my right leg to lock it on to her. Once it did, I pinned her down to the floor.
"You're gonna regret this!" She whimpers under me.
Make me.
I stare at her a bit longer and realized what probably made her like this. "Just so you know, I voted for you."
She stops scrambling under my touch as her eyes softened. She really is that girl from that weather show. I guess she lost.
"Your terrorizing is now over Storm—" I know that voice. Chat Noir. He came breaking in through the glass window and Ladybug followed suit.
"It's that." I point to Luka who's holding the parasol. Both superheros stand there stunned.
"This.. was easier than it should be?" That black cat says in confusion. His green eyes look rather familiar. Ladybug showed no interest to waste time and took the parasol from Luka.
"I'll take it from here m'lady." He strides towards me and got me off of Stormy Weather. He takes a long glance at me, and his eyes got stuck on my shoulder.
My attention was stuck on his latex and how good it did to hug his figure.
"Were you hurt?" Chat asked.
"She sustained a burn before the lady stormed in here." Luka answered for me.
"A burn? What happened?" Ladybug also asked looking concerned. What heroes we have, such caring philantropists.
"I'm quite alright, please proceed." I motioned for her to de-evilize the akuma so everything will be back to how it was. I'd really want Luka's guitar back so I can finally leave.
Ladybug then snapped the parasol in two.
"Bye-bye little butterfly." She threw an item up in the sky and it burst into a light that changed everything back.
I searched for the guitar Luka wanted and ran towards it.
"Here." I hand it to him. He showed me a warm smile in return.
"Thank you, Ruby." He gave me my duffle in exchange.
Chat's eyes slightly furrowed. "Ruby, is it?" He trails suspisciously. "Thank you for all your help, milady."
