Chapter Seven

[One Month Later, 2AM]

{Denki POV}

      Another month has gone by and still nothing about Akari. I know Mina said that everyone was working on finding her but I'm getting tired of this. No one has said anything about her and I just...it feels like I'm the only one who actually remembers her. I made her a promise and I'm not gonna back out now. I had waited until late at night since I knew that no one else would be awake, and started putting on my hero costume. A few minutes after I found some of the missing parts to my costume and put them on, I was ready to try and find Akari. I go to the door of my dorm and quietly open it, peeking my head out to make sure no one is around. Once I know everything is clear, I start running to the first floor of the dorm building. When I get outside, I quietly close the front door of the dorm building and start heading to the city. She's out there, I know she is. I'm gonna save you Akari.

{Akari POV}

      You know, I'm surprised that I used to despise these guys. I mean yea we're villains, but it's amazing. Everyone is so nice to me and they were very accepting of me even though I used to go to UA. Plus, was I really expecting myself to be a hero? Looking back now, I was pathetic, but now I've got this whole new family that cares about me. While I was thinking to myself, I entirely forgot that we were driving somewhere. Toga shakes me a bit and turns my head to her, "Hey you good? You were spacing out really hard." She laughs slightly, hugging me and moving back to her seat. Me and Toga unfortunately were forced to the farthest back seats after we both got blood in the front seat.
      We both didn't care though, we wanted to hang out with each other anyways. "Yea I'm good, just thinking about stuff." Toga smiles, "Oooo whatcha thinking about??" I lean back as far as I can in the car and stretch. "Oh just stuff. Mostly just remembering how I used to think you guys were awful," I sigh, "I was really dumb for that one." She giggles and puts her arm around me. "Oh hush, yea you were dumb before but now you get it! Plus," she lays her head on my shoulder, "I wouldn't have been able to find someone like you if you hadn't come around to us." I smile, rubbing her head and messing with her hair a bit. "Yea true, I'm glad I'm here now." Suddenly, Shigs slams on the breaks and quickly backs the van into a dark alley, which shook both me and Toga. "The hell was that for Shi-" "Shut up, there was one of those UA kids!" Both me and Toga look to each other. Eventually I look back to Shigaraki, "So what do we do?" He thinks for a moment, then starts getting out of the car. "We kidnap him."
