Ashes to ashes Dust to Dust

Chapter 16: That's unexpected.

*Birdtale*

Birdtale Sans was carrying Dust through the sky.

Bird:"Never thought I'd ever be carrying myself"

Bird says as they move closer to the ground.

Dust:"Well there's a first for everything

Bird sans let's go of Dust as he lands on his feet and Bird lands beside him.

Bird:"So me. How'd you get stuck up there?"

Dust:"Took a wrong shortcut"

Dust says while scratching his head.

Bird:"Welp that would explain why you don't have wings or anything"

Dust:"Does every monster have wings?"

Bird:"Yeah even some of the humans have wings"

Dust:"That's pretty cool. So how long have you been living on the surface for?"

Bird:"Well it's been two months since Frisk freed us from the underground"

Dust:"How's your frisk like?"

Dust asks with curiosity.

Bird:"Well she is pretty cool, she came to the underground spared everyone and she was able to humble our cruel king"

Dust:"Asgore was a dictator?"

Bird:"No he was just very cruel"

Dust:"Well thanks for answering my questions but I still don't know how to get back home"

Bird:"Maybe I can help you"

Dust:"You can?"

Bird:"For a good price I can"

Dust looks at Bird as if he were joking.

Dust:"What?"

Bird:"Yeah if you give me the right amount of money then I will help you. As long as it isn't below 200 then I can help you out"

Dust:"...… You sure do love money"

Bird:"Don't you?"

Dust sighs while shaking his head.

Dust:"Whatever just help me out and I will-"

Dust stops talking and his soul comes out of his chest.

Bird:"Wait you have a soul trait?!"

Dust raises a finger and out of nowhere Timoria emerges out of Dust's soul and he quickly turns into a hammer as a monster covered in hate
Leaps out of the bushes and charges at Bird and Dust. Timoria smashes himself on the hateful monster. Timoria smashes the monster into the earth as he reverts to normal and he goes back to Dust as the monster gets up. Hate coming out of it's mouth.

Bird:"What happened to it?!"

Dust:"I am just as confused as you are"

Birdtale Sans stares at the monster before his eyes widen.

Bird:"Wait that thing came from snowdin! I have to go and make sure everyone is okay!"

Bird sans flys into the sky heading to snowdin while Dust is left to face the hate corrupted monster.

Dust:"Uhhhh...... Sit?"

Another monster with hate coming out of it's mouth comes out of the trees.

Dust:"I said sit! Not multiply!"

Dust was about to attack but one of the monsters runs away and the other starts to move around Dust for a 2 minutes before it ran away aswell.

Dust:"Huh?"
