"Namita!! Have you gotten ready for the celebration?!" called out Anirudh as she walked through the corridors with his cane stick,

"Yes Baba! I am ready! Also, he is coming down just now!" she replied as she walked towards him,

"That's great! I have already talked with the Brahmin, all we have to do is arranging sweets for Maa Durga!" said Anirudh with a smile,

"Yes Baba! I just hope everything goes well! Megha! Smriti! Quickly come down!!" she called her children as she adjusted her veil,

"Obviously everything will go well! Have some faith! You have worked too much for preparing this, of course everything will go well!" replied Anirudh to which Namita smiled shyly and walked away.

"Now where's Bondita? Bondita!!"

"Here! I am here!" called out Bondita as she adorned the statue with veil and jewelries,

"Why are you bending like that?! Did you forget about what doctor had said? Don't do that! Give me these! I will do further!"

"Don't worry about me Patibabu! I am okay!"

"No! Give me these! You just wait near the door for the Brahmin!" ordered Anirudh to which she sighed and replied, "Here you go again, treating me like I am a child or something"

"Because now you always behave like one! You are too stubborn!"

"Heh! In comparison to me you are the biggest child then!"

"How?"

"Just this morning you were too stubborn to get up from your bed early, what about that?"

"Uhh, that doesn't happens always, I was really sleepy this morning"

"You say the same things Patibabu! Why are you so sweet?!" said Bondita with a grin as she pinched his cheeks,

"Ok ok, that's all, now can we do our respective work?" replied Anirudh as he began to feel embarassed,

"Aww, your cheeks are getting red Patibabu? What happened? Did you get some infection?"

"You are the infection here! Now go quickly!" replied Anirudh as he walked away, hiding his face, while Bondita chuckled to herself.

After all the arrangements they began their prayer to their Goddess as they sang the mantra together. Lost in that moment they could just hope for happiness and peace for everyone.

Later, the Brahmin began distributing sweets to everyone.

"Huh.. finally it's over... My legs are hurting now..." said Anurag as he sighed,

"That's why I tell you to exercise daily, but do you? Rather your wife does! Learn something from her!" replied Anirudh to which Namita began grinning,

"Baba, where's Maa?" she asked, 

"Oh yes! Where she has gone now? I saw her standing right beside me a few minutes ago! Where did she go?"

"Maa knows to disappear without a trace!" said Anurag,

"Hmm, she's very clever after all... Wait! Maybe I know where she is!" said Anirudh as he walked away.

He opened the kitchen's door to find Bondita feeding on rasgullas quietly. Anirudh sighed with a smile and said, " And what will I do about her?..."
