"You are not my type. So you don't have to worry about anything. If you are the last girl in the world, I still won't look at you," He says and laughs loudly. I hissed silently in my heart, knowing he won't hear me—the nerve of this guy.

"Lock the door, and don't open the door for anyone. I have the keys," I nodded quickly, "Yes, sir," I rolled my eyes as he walked out, and I locked the door.

I walk to my tiny room, shower quickly, and prepare for bed.

I thought about Titi and my parents. Were they also kidnapped, or was I the only one? I would give anything right now to return to my family and even allow Mr. Chike to read my love letter. Well, maybe I wouldn't let that happen. Mr. Chike would have embarrassed me in front of the school.

I sigh deeply, a habit I have developed barely a few days of being here. Damnit! I don't even know the number of days I have stayed here, and no one is telling me anything. These thoughts occupied my head until I drifted off to sleep.

Brring! Brring! Brring!

The alarm by my bedside table rings. I see that it was just 3. am. I sigh.

The door swings open, and Mobo comes in without knocking.

"Take a shower and be down in 5 minutes", he says sharply. So much for being rude.

He turns to leave when I say, "Good morning!"

He stops for a moment, doesn't reply, and resumes walking out of my room. My room. The room I hated more than anything right now.

I was happy to know I had affected him a little.

I don't see my 'roommate' anywhere, and I go to the 'gray' bathroom. There was an electric toothbrush attached to the wall. I pick it up, press the 'button,' then open the bathroom cabinet near me and grab a toothpaste.

I squeeze the paste on the brush and then run it through my mouth. I brushed my mouth more vigorously than usual to save time because I was anxious about my fate.

When I am done brushing my mouth, I spit the foam out and run water down the sink. I notice a little blood in the foam; yikes, I brushed my mouth way too hard.

While running my tongue in my mouth to salve the slight pain I feel on my tongue, I rummage through the cabinets for soap.

There are bath soaps and shower gels in the cabinet. It seems like someone upgraded the bathroom overnight. I wonder why they spend a lot of money on us, though. I mean, weren't kidnappers supposed to not care so much about the victim's basic amenities?

Leave them and their weird technology because I don't remember someone entering the room with toiletries last night.

I am done in no time. I wear a black T-shirt and skinny-fit Jeans I find on the clothing rack in the bathroom.

A guard is waiting outside the door and leads me to the 'campground' as I hear the guard call it.

There are probably 1000 kids abducted as the campground is full. I scan the crowd for Titi's face but don't see her.

The camp has no chairs or tables; everyone just stands. The 'campground' has 'abstract' walls. The walls seem to 'change' to polychrome colours with every minute we spend here.

It is a plain white wall with a spiral-shaped painting on it. One minute the paintings seems to fade. Another minute, the paintings on the wall seem to turn blue and grey. There is a smiling mascot painted on the wall too. I don't know whether to be amused or afraid.
