"Hey wake up!!" A voice calls out to me urgently and repeatedly. I was having a peaceful sleep and someone decided to ruin it. I am not going to let that happen.

" leave me alone!" I groan out and turn to the opposite side in my bed and raise my hand in an attempt to ward off whoever was trying to wake me up. I shake my head and grumble incoherent words at whoever was trying to wake me up.

"Wake up!" the voice calls out to me more impatiently. I don't answer and just sleep on resuming my journey into dreamland. I hear the voice hiss and after a while, I hear nothing.

I smile inwardly and I sleep off happy to have won the 'sleep battle'.

My happiness is short lived when I feel a huge weight of a big bowl of cold water land on my head.

For a second, I don't feel anything but when realization dawns on me, I leap suddenly from the side of the large bed and stumble on the other side of the bed.

The water feels so cold, It was nothing like I have ever felt in my life. I feel goosebumps rise on my skin. The cold water gave me an instant head ache and I feel like my brain was screaming at me.

This was not a good way to start my day. I clutch my head with water dripping down my clothes and making me uncomfortable.

I did not have time to change to my nightwear due to the long conversation Naade and I had. My mother would have screamed at me yesterday had she known I went to bed without changing my nightwear.

I sit up with a frown on my face to confront the culprit. I heave heavily trying to control my anger. The culprit however does not have a guilty look on his face.

Naade, dressed in a grey tracksuit which has streaks of liquid stains on it caused by the impact he used when splashing water on me or rather dumping. He looks at me unapologetically, his spicy cinnamon and sweet tonka bean fragrance hits my nose.

The sweet aroma hits the air and I am distracted a little by how good he smells and He would have received a compliment from me but he has pissed me off this morning. I shake my head as if to ward off the smell of the fragrance.

If this was the way he wanted to improve our friendship status, this was not the way. I did not find this funny. He has an 'annoyed' look on his face. I should be the angry one here!

"What is the meaning of this? Is this supposed to be a joke or what?" I spluttered crossing my arms and shaking my head. I blink my eyes repeatedly in an attempt to battle sleep.

"If you want to survive here, you have to train hard. You said you needed my help, I am giving to you, so get dressed and let's leave". I glance at the arch window in the room.

Thankfully, I did not have to reach for the curtain to shove it aside to see the window. I notice its dark outside. I glance at the bedside clock which ticked softly and realise its just 1:00am. Even 'Aye' did not wake us that early! I have probably slept for only three hours.

"It's just 1:00am. let me sleep a little" I raise my hands in protest still looking at him sternly.

" That is not the best way to wake me up. What is wrong with you? This is not funny at all." I scowl.

"Alright. Fine. It won't happen again I will use a better method to wake you up" he says raising his hands in the air. How hard is it to just apologize.

When realizing Naade is not ready to apologize, I just shrug my shoulders and roll out of the bed. My head is beating heavily and it aches me sharply. I groan out.

"Are you okay?" Naade goes to my side with a concerned look etched on his face. He holds my shoulder and I am pleased at his gesture.

"I will be fine. Just a headache caused by you is what is disturbing me now!" I wave him off and roll my eyes at him.

"I will give you some painkillers to use. Then you will feel better." He looks a little guilty and I actually feel a little better.

"It's okay. Let me go get dressed"
I smile a little at him and proceed to the bathroom when I..........
I turn around and lift my index finger in the air when I remember something.

"Where's my sister?" I ask eyeing him suspiciously.
He looks at me with a confused look.

"Uh"

"You heard me. We were together in this room. I can't remember anything again. What did you do to me and more importantly, what did you do to her?" I snap at him.

"Hey I don't know where she is. One minute, you extend your hand of friendship to me, the next minute I am your greatest enemy,"

You accuse me of something I know nothing about. She has probably gone for training or something." He snaps back with a hurt look on his face.

I didn't care about his outburst right now. I only care about my sister. My brain is in a buzz right now as I am trying to remember verbatim the activities of yesterday.

I however can't remember and my headache intensifies and I sit down on the bed.

"Why can't I remember where my sister is, after she was on the bed?'
I ask Naade softly. I don't look at him in the face as I realize he could not have kidnapped my sister in a short amount of time yesterday.

His eyes flash with realization and I look at him eagerly for a reply.

"Did you go to anybody since you have been here?" I met Lara and Lanre at a lab" I say my mind in different places trying not to assume the worst about my sister.

"Lara was not very happy to see me and Lanre carried a weird test on me. Is she...safe?" I ask still hoping for a miracle that she had not been killed.

"You have been drugged. I was not in the room all the time. Wait let me confirm" he brings out a tablet from his pocket and types something. I rub my hands together waiting for the worst.

"The good news is that she is alive..." he says. I break out in a smile. My heart danced with joy.

"The bad news is that she has been moved to another faction. You won't see her again"
