When I was younger I would pretend to shoot poeple with little plastics toy guns, now after what just happened, I feel bad. No one should ever have any kind of gun pointed at then.

Its scary shit, good thing me and Julianne ducked in time.  If not one of us would be dead. I can't help but feel like I'm being casted in some kind of movie.

"Where do we go?" Julianne asks, I look over and see tears leaking from under her eyes. I feel like crying in the moment as well, but I have to be strong for her.

"The cops." She nods her head in agreement.

The police station is abandoned, besides one lonesome car. I open the door with Julianne tagging closely behind. "Hello?" I say to a cop in his mid fourties, I'm guessing.

"What do you want?* he ask.

"This guy was at our house and he tried to shoot us." He looks up at me and then looks back down, at some kind of newspaper.

"Right. Haha" he laughs. "Sir this is not funny." I say frustrated. "Please we need help," Julianne throws in.

"You know how many pranks we get like this daily?" No.

"We have proof, just come with us." Julianne says. Cop dude looks up, hesitates, and then stands.

Julianne leads him outside, she points to the truck. "See that's were the bullet went through." I look to where the glass of her window has been shattered out.

The cop observes the comes to his conclusion. "Okay show me to your house."

When we get to the house, I'm not supirised the black car is gone.  We step up to the front door. "There was a guy here." Julianne states, in assurence of herself.

"There was officer. Were telling the truth." I tell him.

He nods his head. "Stay out here while I go and check things out." We back up as he enters the house and closes the door. I turn around and watch Julianne making her way off the steps.

"Julianne. Where are you going?" I jog down to catch up to her.

"Something don't seem right."

"What are you...?"  "Shh," she says pointing towards the back. I then see it; the black car from early, hidden.

"Wait the cop." As the words come put there's a loud gun shot that rings out like a signal. I look at Julianne and see she's just staring at the house in shock. "Julianne we need to go."  I grab her arm and pull her along with me.

"Hurry up and get in the truck." Once were in I hit the gas and speed off, bits of dirt spits behind me.

Julianne keeps quiet as we drive. I place my hand on her knee, as a small gesture that I'm there.

"Look Julianne, I don't know what's going on but I won't let anything happen to you."

She focuses her blue eyes on me. "Do you think Steven is okay?" I don't know for sure, but I have to tell her something comforting.

"He's a tough guy. I'm sure he can handle this." Even if the guy had a gun, Stevens pretty kick ass.

Not that Steven is even with the guy in the house, we don't know where he is. Just that he knew enough to warn us not to go home.

That's when it dawned on me I have an idea. "You said his phone was ringing right?"

"Yeah. Why?"

"I will tell you tomorrow, but right now its 3:00 am and we need rest. "

She doesn't question me any further, not even to ask me where we are going. I knew that if I told her where we're going to stay the night she would be upset with me anyways.

"We have a long day tomorrow," and that we do.

So who's house do you think there going to? Where Steven? Stay tuned to find out.
