The secret (Camren)

Camilas POV

After I told Lauren she needed to leave I knew it was a huge mistake. I already missed her so much. I honestly don't know why I told her to leave. I guess I was thinking about what my dad would think. My mom already knows I'm gay it's just that she told me not to tell my dad and I guess he came into my mind when we kissed and I panicked. I figured I should call Lauren. It rang a couple times and I didn't think she'd pick up but she finally did.
"Hello?" She asked sounding hurt. Damn I hurt her.
"Lauren please come back I need to talk to you. Please Lauren." I was practically begging. I heard her sigh.
"Okay Camz, I'm coming." I heard her say. "Thank you lord thank you so much." I said not knowing i said it aloud. I heard Lauren giggle. "I'm going to act like I didn't hear that" she said hiding a giggle. I laughed and hung up.

Before I knew it Lauren was knocking on the door. I ran downstairs and pulled the door open. "Lauren I'm so glad you came back. I'm going to talk to you about everything okay? I'm so glad you came." I said pulling her into a hug. She was hugging back. "Camz you know that before everything happened, like how I needed to tell you something." She asked and I nodded.
"I was going to tell you that I like you. I've liked you since the eight grade Camz. It was so hard for me to go on. I even skipped a family trip for you. When you made me leave I was so scared everything was going to be ruined. But thankfully you called me and asked me to come." She said. Her words were like music to my ears. I've liked her since eighth grade too. "Lauren! I've liked you since eighth grade too. I couldn't even resist looking at you. I always loved the way you take up for me, which you still do. But I just love every single thing about you Lauren." I said and she blushed.
"Camz if you liked me too, then why did you tell me to leave?" She asked and my heart stopped. "It's not that I wanted to Lauren, it's just my dad. He doesn't like who I am. My mom said that she'll always be here for me and everything but she told me to never ever tell my dad. I was just scared that he'd find out." I said starting to cry. I felt tears run down my face. Lauren has seen me cry many of times so I wasn't embarrassed or anything. She pulled me into a tight hug. "Camila, no matter what your dad thinks, no matter whatever happens, nothing will ever stop me from loving you." She said and my heart fluttered. I looked up and her and crashed our lips together. It wasn't to much, it was just passionate. We pulled away and I looked at her beautiful green eyes. "I love you too Lauren." I said and smiled.

The rest of the day went on like a normal day. Lauren called Normani and explained her everything. She was really happy for us. That's why I love her. I told her the she could come over. Lauren was okay with it. Me and Lauren were on my bed cuddled up. Normani came in really quietly. "Aww look at you love birds." She said laying on us. "What the hell Normani you scared the shit out of me!" I said and she gave me a look. "Sorry Mila." She said while giggling. "Mani get off us" Lauren said sounding a little annoyed but it was cute. "I just wanna cuddle with you guys" she said jokingly. We ordered pizza and watched movies all night. Normani had fallen asleep on the couch by my window and me and Lauren were on my bed. "You can go to sleep if you want Camz." She said. I cuddled into her side and fell asleep.
