Not a callout to anyone specific but can writers on this site please be more specific with their content/trigger warnings?
Do not expect me to automatically know what "angst", "slight angst", or "real angsty" means. That could mean anything (depending on the context of the plot).
I was not prepared at all for a sensitive topic that showed up while I was reading some random FNF stuff up here and I had to stop what I was doing for a few minutes to take a breather. There was no specific warning for that topic.
I understand some people may get annoyed when I put tons of warnings in my chapters, but I'm only just giving the readers time to prepare and continue reading or time to click off if they're uncomfortable.
Anyways, that's my vent for the day. Gonna log off now and cool down a bit.
