                                      Y/N

I sat across Xiao on the floor across from the coffee table in the living room, watching him make a sketch for the sticky note flip book, and I realized one thing.

Something is different. Xiao is different. In the time that I've known him, he's always been shy and quiet. The way he was teasing me earlier in class was way more than usual. It's making me suspicious...

This is probably a good time to ask him about Levana, even though I said I wasn't gonna bring it up. I can't help but want to find out the reason for his sudden shift in attitude. What if it had something to do with her? Did he accept her feelings?

No. Calm down.

"So Xiao," I said, shifting in my seat slightly. He looked at me waiting for me to continue. "What happened to that girl at the cafe?"

"Oh her," he said lazily, as he brought his focus back to sketching. "She wouldn't stop following me, so I told her to stop following me."

Did you not flat-out reject her though???? That is what I was gonna say but he spoke again.

"What kind of idiot forgets to sign their confession?" He eyed me strangely for a second. Just gonna pretend he didn't say that though.

"So you know she wrote it then?"

"How else would she know about it?"

Wait, he's right. How did Levana find out about my confession anyways? Probably, Childe, he has a big mouth; I internally rolled my eyes.

"I'm not sure if I believe she wrote it." What am I doing right now, this was not the plan.

"Really? Do you know who did it?" He questioned suspiciously. He must find this interesting since he stopped sketching.

"No, not really."

"Are you sure it kinda seems like you do?"

"Nope, now that I think about it, I'm sure it's who you thought it was," I replied awkwardly.

"Yea I think so too."

The silence was brought back as we continued working. Xiao was flying through his drawings, I was hardly keeping up until Xiao noticeably slowed his pace. Seemingly in thought.

"We should make the hands in the beginning 3d," Xiao broke the silence. " We can cut out paper and put it over it."

I thought for a moment, " yea, that sounds cool, and the hands shouldn't be too hard to cut out. We'll need paper, I have some in my room."

I stood up, ready to retrieve the paper when Xiao spoke suddenly. " We should use bright colors."

"For hands?"I asked. Xiao nodded. "Well I don't have colored paper, but I have a bunch of sticky notes. Any color specifically?

"Any is fine."

"K."

I headed to my room, where I know I have hoards of sticky note packs on my desk. I didn't bother turning the light on and grabbed the closest pack and headed back out of the room without thinking too much of it, just trying to hurry back to Xiao. As I neared him I noticed the color of the sticky notes in my hand.

They are blue...

The same as the one I put in his locker. It's too late to turn back. As I took my place across from Xiao, all I could do was repeat: It's a normal color in my head.

I placed them on the table and immediately started talking, not wanting to give him a chance to think about it. "So, I'll trace it then cut it."

Xiao glanced at the pack of sticky notes and then at me, I thought I saw his face dusted red for a moment, but then he went back to sketching, and maybe hiding behind the hand he was leaning on. "Ok."
