"Get away from them!" Eugene screamed; five guards were holding him down as two more raced into their children's rooms.

Rapunzel was held down; she tries to kick and beat the guards to no avail. They had been ready for her; this was premeditated and well planned. She didn't even get the chance to greet the royals, they ambushed her own throne room. "Stay away from my babies! Let them go, they didn't do anything!" Her screams are heart shattering.

Nothing could have prepared them for the sound of their four-year-old shouting and their two-year old's cries, "Mama! Daddy!" Ella screamed her golden hair tousled as she was violently ripped from her bed, tears streamed down her cheeks, she banged on the soldier's helmet with her small fist trying to get them to let her go. Ryder was visibly confused; he was snatched out of his crib by a strange man and more of them were here holding his parents. He let out an ear-splitting cry and hit the guard's face. "Daddy help us!" The little girl screamed. Eugene kept pulling, trying to free himself as they dragged his kids, his little girl and his little boy, his whole world away from him.

The couple was only let go when Ella and Ryder were loaded into an armored car and far away from the royal couple. Rapunzel was on the ground staring at her arms where her baby boy laid just a half hour ago as she rocked him to sleep. Tears fell to the ground, but this time they didn't save a life, these didn't reverse time, this time her tears couldn't fix the problem, these tears were to mourn the lives her children would never get.

Eugene's hands clenched into fist his head banged on the window as he helplessly watched the car holding his children fade into the distance. Another car: a limo, pulls up this time. Out stepped Belle, Adam, and Fairy godmother. The moment they walked in he was on the defensive covering his vulnerable wife who was numb and expressionless as tears continued to stream down her cheeks.

"What the hell is wrong with you people!" He shouted the moment they walked in. "Your guard ambush us in our own home, restrain us and steal our children from their beds. They're babies! What could they have possibly done to threaten you! I want my kids back right now!"

Fairy godmother tried to reason with them, "They're part or a prophecy that could free the villains from the isle, when Ella got her powers, we thought it was just a coincidence until Ryder, Jazzy and Aaron got them too and we knew we had to send them away."

The former blonde stood her face a mixture of several emotions, "Wait you did this to Ariel and Eric and Aladdin and Jasmine too, and you only took Jazzy and Aaron, what about Melody and Aziz did you just leave them without their siblings, you took both of our kids what the hell is wrong with you?" Any preppy princess lessons she had learned flew out the window, "Why would you send them away instead of letting us teach them."

"We can't take that chance the villains can never be released." Adam 'reasoned.' There was no reasoning with Rapunzel and Eugene; their kids were kidnapped and taken who knows where.

"Why lest the children topple your precious perfect empire. Is this payback because none of us elected you king? Because we never wanted to merge? Or maybe because our kingdoms are big enough to still need rulers? Is that it Cause I see no real reason that you take our kids otherwise!" The king screamed.

"You don't understand yet you will thank us in time."

That was it for Rapunzel, she confidently walked up to Belle and slapped her so hard she went tumbling to the ground. A guard held her back again as she tried to pounce on the Queen, "I will never thank you!" She struggled. "I made friends with criminals; I married a thief. I saw the best in people, and I didn't judge people based on the pages of some old story book from a hundred years ago filled with a hundred prophecies and old stories. That's what being a queen is all about not kidnapping children who threaten a better rule than you."
