I sat up straight in the bed and my head was on fire. My vision was blurry, my body was stiff and ache. I was starving to say the least.

I have no idea when I got back home from the dance building. Or anything after we walked inside with the cool lights.

"Hi mommy," Chepi said sitting at the counter watching Nyah who was using the stove.

"Good morning." Nyah winked at me.

"Momma, you got bitten," Chepi touched my neck.

"Chepi, eat." Nyah sat a plate down infront of her.

"Look at mommy neck. Oh gosh you got attacked? Did mommy kill them?"

"Chepi?" We both said.

"Sorry."

"How are you?" Nyah asked leaning over the counter with a bowl of honey for me.

"I am tired, did I get into a fight?" I asked as I took a seat down.

"Mommy, this is good," Chepi said shoving spoon fulls of raw beef in her mouth, will putting sugar on it.

"Thanks baby, mommy killed it with my bare hands. And no baby you didn't. Do you remember anything?"

"No, but I am sore and hungry."

"Want me to help you remember?" She asked.

"Sure," I said.

She smirked and walked over to me, running her hand along the counter as she came closer.

"Come Shadow," Chepi said walking out of the kitchen with her bowls.

"Look at me," Nyah said holding my hands.

I watched her eyes turn silver and dilate bigger, then turn black.

"Ahh," I moaned and closed my legs.

"Remember?" She smiled, and her eyes turned back to their normal mixed reddish black.

"Stay away from me." I pointed and she laughed.

"Why?" She asked.

"Because, you know why. Why you bite me?"

"You like it Sug, baby."
