Third p.o.v.
It's been over a year now since Sora, Donald, and Goofy closed the door to the darkness alongside King Mickey and Riku who closed the other side of the door.
Panchito and Jose haven't seen them since they went to seal the darkness keyhole in Hollow Bastion. They grew even more worried that their friends didn't return to them.
They went to ask Master Yen Sid about their locations but the only information that he could give was that they were still in the world of light. Both of them are relieved once they hear that they're friends are okay in the light world but they're still worried about where they have gone. Not only that but Goofy's son Max, and Donald nephews were wondering where they went. It was hard to tell them that their Dad and Uncle are gone somewhere in the light world.
But they're not the only ones who lost someone important to them. Oswald's and Felix's world was now in darkness. Wasteland was lost.
Gus found them in Mysterious Tower with Master Yen Sid. Oswald and Felix were wondering why Gus is here instead in their world but once Gus tells them what was going on in Wasteland Yen Sid stops them and tells them what has happened in Wasteland. That has fallen into darkness.
Oswald froze when he heard his world was now in darkness. He fell to the ground and started to bang on the ground using his hands. Felix kneels down while Gus flies over to him. There's nothing that they can do to bring their world back but all they did was comforting their King.
...
That's all that happened a year ago. Now Panchito and Jose were now in Mysterious Tower after they dropped off Donald's Nephews and Goofy son in Yen Sid Tower for them to be safe away from what's going on in Disney Castle.
Before Panchito and Jose could leave, Yen Sid stops them. "What is it?" ask Jose
"It appears that I have good news to you both" said Yen Sid
This caught both of their attention. "What kind of good news?" ask Panchito
Master Yen Sid started to smile. "It seems that Sora, Donald and Goofy has come to visit me a while ago"
Both of them gasp in shock. Panchito slammed his hand onto the table. "Is our amigos okay!?"
Jose grabbed his jacket and tugged onto it so Panchito backed away, which he did. They both waited for their replies which they received a nod from the Master. They both took a breath in relief knowing that they're friends are okay.
Jose turned to Yen Sid and asked him. "Where have they gone now?"
"It would appear that they've gone to Disney Castle. You should met them there" he answered
"We must get going amigo if we want to see Donald," said Panchito, to which Jose gave a nod.
Panchito and Jose thanked Master Yen Sid and went downstairs to greet Max, Huey, Dewey and Louie.
"What's the rush?" ask Huey
"Yeah, what's the rush?" ask Dewey
Panchito kneeled down at their level and said "Little amigos we have good news, really good news"
The four boys waited on what they're going to say. "Donald and Goofy have been found! They're at Disney Castle!" said Panchito
"Unca Donald is in Disney Castle?" said Dewey
"And my dad?" said Max
"Yes. But Panchito and I must go while you four stay here with Yen Sid" said Jose
