Taylor's POV

I woke up this morning to the sound of the city. I looked around confused. Where was I and how did I got here? Ed was laying next to me. Oh crap, did anything happen last night? I didn't think so. I still had my dress and makeup on. I sighed out of relief. Everything from last night came back to me; our dancing, our kiss, star gazing and eating ice cream sundaes.

Ed woke up. "Good morning Taylor."

"Morning." We both sat up on the couch. I decided we should talk about last night.

"So, last night" I started out.

"Was amazing." He finished.

"Thank you. For all of this, no one has ever done this for me before. It was definately a surprise." I gushed.

"You are very welcome. I had fun trying to figure out what we would do after the movie. When I found out your parents were coming over to watch Kayla and Owen I seized the opprotunity."

"It truly was great."

"I'm glad you liked it. We do have one more thing to do though."

"What's that?" I was curious. There was more?

"Kiss me."

I grinned. We both looked terrible, but at least we looked terrible together. I was thankful the paparazzi hadn't found us. Ed and I kissed and then looked out over the city.

"Now, for real. What else are we doing?"

"You think I have something else planned? You know me so well." Ed pulled out his phone to text someone. I looked over his shoulder. He was texting my brother.

"Why are you texting Austin?" I asked.

"Do you always ask this many questions in the morning?"

"I don't know, do you always text my family members?"

He laughed, shook his head and slid his phone on the table. I walked around the rooftop. All of the furniture was still pushed to the side so I started to move it back.

"Taylor, you don't need to do any of that. I have a guy coming after we leave." He said gesturing for me to sit back down.

"You have a guy?"

"Of course I have a guy. I have a guy for everything."

I stopped moving the furniture. I finally turned on my phone. Several notifications popped up. There were two missed calls from home. I called back immediately. My mom picked up.

"Hi Taylor."

"Hi. Is something wrong? I saw you called last night."

"No, Kayla and Owen just wanted you to say goodnight."

"Oh I totally forgot. I'm so sorry."

"It's okay. We had fun. Austin came over and tucked them in. Do you want to talk to them?"

"Yes, that would be great."

"Wait, how was your night?"

"It was amazing. The movie was funny and after we had a rooftop picnic."

"And..." She pressed.

"And nothing." I shook my head. Mom likes Ed. I'm sure her and Dad want something to happen.

"Okay, I'll put you on video now."

Kayla and Owen appeared on my screen. I waved.

"Good morning you two."

"Hi mommy." Owen smiled.

"What?" I smiled back. Something was going on. The two siblings looked at each other and started grinning.

"What's up?" I asked again confused.

"Grandpa made us breakfast this morning and we got three pieces of bacon!" Kayla was so excited about this.

"Three pieces!" I exclaimed.

Owen nodded enthusiastically.

"Well you must be thrilled today."

"When will you be back?" Owen asked.

"I don't know yet."

"We will be back in 20 minutes." Ed stepped into view behind me.

"Ed!"

"Hello guys." He waved.

"Are you coming back too?" Kayla questioned.

"Yes I am. We're going to do somethig really fun together alright?"

"I love you and I will see you in a bit. Be good." I hung up.

I put my phone down and turned to face Ed. "So what are we doing?" I asked him. Obviously he had planned something else without me.

"I can't reveal all my surprises." He laughed.

We swung by the house to pick up the kids. My mom had them dressed and ready to go. She is amazing. I walked in to drop my stuff off.

"Thanks again for watching them." I told her.

"I'm happy to do it." She replied.

"Where's Dad?" I asked looking around the house.

"He's just cleaning up the breakfast dishes. Where are y'all going to next?"

"I haven't got a clue. Ed won't tell me anything."

I heard the car honk and I knew it was time to go.

"Bye mom." I gave her a quick hug and hurried out the door.

I slid into the passenger seat. "We are going to be late." Ed exclaimed starting the car.

"For what?" Asked Owen. I waited to see if Ed would answer him.

"Well, we are scheduled to feed the giraffes at the zoo in about thirty minutes. We don't want them to go hungry." Ed looked in the rearview mirror to see Kayla and Owen's reaction. Both of them got so excited.

"I've never fed a giraffe before!" Kayla proclaimed.

"There's gotta be a first for everything." He told her.

The zoo was great. I was shocked to see giraffes had purple tongues. Not only did we get to feed the giraffes but we also got to see the zookeepers feed the lions. We walked around the zoo for a few hours and bought cotton candy and popcorn.

"Can we go on the carousel?" Owen looked up at me with the face he gives me when he really wants something. "Please, please, please mommy. I was good the whole time."

"Why not." I told him. We never ride the carousel when we come, so this was a special treat.

"Yay!" Shouted Kayla as she ran into the line to get tickets. Ed and I followed the two. I didn't go on the carousel, but Ed did. He rode on the zebra with Owen and Kayla rode the giraffe. I took pictures as it spun around. All three of them came off laughing and smiling.

"Again, again, again!" Squealed Owen.
"Sorry buddy, you only get one turn." Although I didn't let him go again he seemed content on the way home. We brought Ed to the airport on the way home. I woke Kayla and Owen who were sleeping in the backseat so they could say goodbye.

"Bye guys. I had so much fun this weekend." Ed said as he pulled his luggage out of the trunk.

"Bye bye." Owen said sleepily.

"Why can't you stay?" Asked Kayla.

"I've got to get back to my house in London."

"Okay." She said disappointed.

Ed came around to the door where I was standing. "I will miss you." He said as he brushed my hair back behind my ear. "I'll miss you more." I told him. We kissed.

"Ewwwww." Neither of the kids had seen us kiss before. We had to laugh. They better get used to it. Ed headed toward the boarding gate. I climbed back in the car and waved as I pulled away. Somehow he is able to make me forget about reality. It is magical. Unfortunately reality catches up quickly.
