Izuku's Pov:

After I put away my blade, I saw that I had five minutes left of lunch. Too little to eat, so what's the point? No one's gonna care anyway.

I took out some neosporin and bandages for my cuts, and applied them before heading to my next class early. I just remembered that I avoided Kacchan and Sho for all of our morning classes, and I know they don't really care, so I'll probably have to avoid them for afternoon classes too. I just really don't wanna get hurt again when I realize that they probably haven't even noticed me ignoring them. Unfortunately, today's Friday so I'll have to spend the weekend with them leaving me out at home and rubbing it in my face.

No Person's Pov:

As Izuku walked out of the school building, he was unknowingly being followed by a certain brunette girl. While Izuku thought that nobody had noticed or cared about his slightly more negative demeanor, Uraraka had. She was his best friend afterall, she was supposed to know these things! She had noticed that he had gotten more and more withdrawn from others over the past month, but never had the courage to ask him what was wrong. She figured that it couldn't be too serious since he still seemed to be looking after himself, but after noticing that he skipped lunch, she had to make sure everything was ok.

The bubbly brunette skipped up to the green haired boy, walking beside him. She was concerned that he didn't seem to notice her, or anything at that point, while he was walking. It seemed as though his body was just following instructions from his subconscious, while his conscious mind was preoccupied in thoughts. He was softly mumbling as he usually did, but Uraraka couldn't make out what he was saying. After walking silently for a few minutes, and sending the boy concerned looks that he never noticed, she finally grabbed his shoulders and turned his body to face hers.

Izuku was startled out of his increasingly intrusive thoughts by his best friend, and the person he really needed right now, Uraraka. Although, the green haired boy was surprised that she was there. Had she been beside him the whole time? "Uraraka? What are you doing here? Are you okay?" The brunette was surprised at the greenettes questions, but couldn't help the soft sad smile on her face. Even when he was obviously out of it, in need of help, and going through something, he still made sure to ask if she was okay. "Deku, I've been walking beside you for the last couple minutes. I was actually gonna ask if you were okay, because I noticed that you weren't at lunch today."

Izuku flushed a light pink in embarrassment, he didn't think he'd get noticed for skipping lunch. He tried laughing it off, and saying that he was 'studying' for exams, but Uraraka pointed out that exams weren't for another two months. "Deku, I've also noticed that you've seemed kinda out of it for the past month. You seem to be mumbling in thought a lot more, you hardly ever look up from the floor or your desk, and even though I know you guys have been keeping your relationship a secret, you seem more distanced from Tododroki-kun and Bakugo lately. Maybe no one else noticed, but i'm your best friend. So, i'm sincerely asking you, what's wrong?"

And then, Izuku just couldn't hold it in anymore.

Izuku's Pov:

I let the month's stress, pain, and hurt out in sobs as I collapsed into Uraraka. I felt her arms wrap around me, since i'm barely taller than her, and all I could do was bury my face into the crook of her neck. She's kind of like my sister at this point, and all I wanted to do was be told that everything would be alright by my sister. After I calmed down, I stayed in the hug for a bit longer before pulling away. I looked down at my lap, slightly embarrassed, and then looked back up at Uraraka's face. She just sent me a soft smile, letting me know that it was okay. "Deku, do you wanna talk about what's going on?" Her voice was soft, welcoming, and completely sincere. She sounded like a mother trying to talk to her child after a bad day, and it was strangely comforting.
