We're supposed to be going to my parents' house today, instead I just received a call from my mother crying, begging me to come to the hospital

It's Aria

I don't wanna say goodbye, I'm not ready

I can't breathe

Rushing into the hospital we left Jaxon with Christian and the boys

Gripping tight on to Poppy's hand, she's literally holding me up right now.

We're guided by the nurses as soon as we entered ,this entire section is cleared out

Walking up to my parents, they're staring through the widow in Aria's room. My mother clinging onto my father's arms crying her eyes out.

There's doctors and nurses all over the place machines going off and beeping.

The sight in front of me, have my legs weak

She's attached to all these machines, the doctors giving her compressions, trying to revive her.

Looking at the heart rate monitor ... it's all flat lines

Nooo, Nooo, Noo

She can't leave me yet, she can't leave Jaxon, she just met him yesterday

I didn't even get to say goodbye.

*beep, beep, beep, beep*

"We've got a pulse" the doctor shouts

"Oh, thank god" my mother cries out

Once they've stabilized her the doctor unlocks the door, with a sad expression on his face

"I'm so sorry, but the cancer has spread so much that all her organs have failed, she doesn't have much time. Her body is too weak, you should take this time to say goodbye. I'm really sorry we've tried everything."

"Thank you doctor, can we go see her now?" My father asks

"Yes, she's awake, but she won't be for long"

Once they've cleared the room, my parents went in first to say their goodbyes.

I can't say goodbye I'm not fucking ready we didn't have enough time

I can't breathe,  my throat feels tight

"Breathe baby, breathe" poppy pulls me in for a tight hug

"I-I can't"

I fucking can't

"Yes, you can baby, please just breathe"

"I-I'm trying too"

Deep breaths Cade, Deep breaths

My parents exit the room, my mom clinging on to my dad arms, she looks so out of it, pale face, red puffy eyes, her entire body is shaking.

"I have to get her to the doctor to calm her down" my dad says as he passes by

Nodding my head, entering the room, my stomach drops

"C-cade" she sounds so broken

I could see the life literally leaving her

"Arii" rushing to her side, taking her hands in mind. There so cold

"I-I'm so t-tired"

"I-I know, you've been fighting for too long"

"Y-yeah. I-I'll miss y-ou so mu-ch"
