"Ah- Mahal! Wait!" America was shocked to see the Filipino walk down the stairs. "Hey Joe- woah!" Philip nearly tripped over himself until America caught him just in time.
"What're you doing out of bed?" He said crossed. Philip shrugged with tired eyes. "I dont know.." he said blankly. "Are you sick?" Philip bobbed his head. "A bit." America sighed as he helped Philip to the couch.
"Are you hungover?" Philip blinked in silence for a few seconds, "No." He simply replied. America looked at Philip before getting a glass of water from the table. "It's mine, but we can just share." Philip took the glass and drank all the water in one go.
America sat himself beside Philip, putting a blanket over them both. Philip rested his head on the pillow as he lay dow on the couch, and he took out his phone while Ame was watching.
He saw a notification he hadnt noticed yet, and saw that Indonesia had texted him privately.

Philip had stared at the messages for a while before closing his phone and placing it on the table. "Hungry?" America asked, and Philip nodded. "Yeah.." America stood up and helped Phil up so they could both go to the kitchen.
They walked to the kitchen and Philip sat down, America looked in the cabinets to easy cook something. He took out something that Philip had bought and glanced at it. "What's this?" America looked back and Philip turned his head up. "Oh, spam, its basically just ham. Slice it up horizontally and cook it in a pan with oil."
America shrugged and tried opening it, he got a cutting board and a knife and started cutting it up like Philip had said. Then, he placed a pan and turned the heating up. He grabbed a bowl and some eggs and mixed it up. Philip watched as he did so.
"Any plans today, Ame?" The southeast asian nation leaned on the table while asking the American boredly. "Not really.. Im planning just to take a shift at the UN building." America frowned, while placing the spam onto the pan to cook, "busy at work again? You were always the workaholic type." Philip said as he peeled a banana from the table to eat,
"And you were always the carefree type. Even in the darkest of times." Ame responded, while placing the soam onto a plastic plate from the cupboards. "Say, I heard that guy.. ASEAN, was there at your dinner uninvited?" America raised a brow, looking backwards as Philip looked straight back, noticing his gaze.
