(Homura's pov)
For a 2 weeks now I've watched them suffer. I can't do this anymore. I threw my glasses to the floor and pulled the ribbons out of my hair and watched my braids come undone.
I will fight to keep them happy. Madoka is the kindest person I've met. Mami is the gentlest person. Sayaka is the most caring person. And Kyoko is the most fun person. I hate to see this happen. But, I can't fight can I? Only they can. I'm weak. They are not weak. They fight to be alive, they protect mitakihara, don't they?
At school
I notice Madoka coming towards me "Homura..?" Madoka said softly. "Y-you look nice today!" She stuttered. "Thank you," I say. I try not to blush but I do. She's so kind..she didn't deserve any of this. I have to make her happier. I have to save Sayaka.
Break
I lay my head down on my desk trying to relax I feel a tap on my shoulder. "Hey, Homura..the teacher sent me to take you to the nurse's office for your medicine."
She walks me to the nurse's office. "Madoka.." I say. She turns around tears form in my eyes as I hug her tightly crying. "I'd do anything to stop this but, I can't can I?" I say. "Please Homura, don't cry.." she says.
After School
"What is your wish Homura? A wish so dear you will trade your soul." The white cat-like creature asked. "My wish is to be strong enough to protect them," I said. "Are you really sure," he asked. Yes. I may not wanna do this but it's the only way to save them.
(Sayaka's pov)
While on the witch hunt I was going to risk my life. Slicing up the witch with my swords. "I can't feel anything!" I said cackling the witch struck me down as I fell quickly someone caught me I gasped realizing who caught me. Homura Akemi. But she was different not her looks but her strength suddenly she pulled out a gun and shot the witch. "Homura..?" I said.
I looked down and noticed my soul gem was shiny though a day ago it was black. But why? Why would someone save somebody as stupid as me...I then hear a scream.
(Kyoukos pov)
Before (text messages)
Sayaka: hey kyouko.. thanks for believing in me well, I'm going to the labyrinth goodbye.
Kyouko: what? What the hell are you talking about Sayaka? Don't tell me you're about to do the unthinkable.
Sayaka: yeah well bye!
What the hell was she talking about?! She's not gonna really do it is she... I have to save her!
(Kyoukos pov)
"Sayaka!" I screamed out after I saw the witch disappear. I saw a grief seed I rushed to pick it up but somebody stopped me. "Homura? What the hell..what happened?" I noticed she defeated the witch "There will be no need for the grief seed. Sayaka's gem is clear." she said sternly. I looked down at Sayaka's gem and noticed it was blue again no clouds in it. It was shining. What the hell? It was fogged up the other day. Now it's clear? And Homura..is a magical girl?
"You can go now. I defeated the witch." she said"
(Homura's pov)
I carried Sayaka to madokas home and knocked on the door "Madoka-" before I could finish my sentence she said "oh my God Sayaka! What happened?!" asked Madoka. "I saved her." I responded she started crying "Homura..thank you.."
"We have to tell Mami," Madoka said.
Mamis apartment
(Mamis pov)
It's all my fault. I encouraged them all to become magical girls. I pour myself a cup of black tea and sit down tears start to form and I begin crying. I wish I just died that day. Suddenly, I hear a knock on my door. "W-whos there?" I stutter. "It's us." I hear a voice say. Homura's voice? It's late at night why is she here now? I open the door and wipe my tears "H-hello Homura-" I notice she's holding Sayaka's body. "SAYAKA?" I scream what's happened? "She's okay. She's just passed out. I saved her and purified her soul gem." says Homura. Thank God I think.
"Sayaka's safe now and Kyoko and Madoka and you don't have to worry now. She will be fine!" Homura states.
(Sayaka's pov)
I wake up in an unfamiliar place. I look up and check my surroundings. I'm in someone else's house but this wasn't a house. It's an apartment. memories start to pop up in my head I remembered the labyrinth and Homura and Kyouko. But nothing else. I start to realize where I am. I'm in mami tomoes apartment. I'm in her bed. I hear familiar voices. Homura Akemi, Kyouko Sakura, Madoka Kaname, and, Mami Tomoe. I sit up and see my soul gem. I'd the brightest it's ever been. Homura Akemi. She saved me! I lay down. and my eyes start to tear up.
I hear a knock at the door. "Come in" I say. Mami comes in with a cup of tea "Ah- you're awake." she said placing the tea on the bedside table. Kyouko walks in "SAYAKA!" she yells. "ARE YOU INSANE?" I remain silent. "Kyouko let's not, Sayaka is fine now and that's all that matters!" speaks.
(homuras pov)
While Mami, Sayaka, and Kyouko are talking Madoka puts her hand on me and sips her cup of tea. "Thank you again, Homura. You saved lives today." She says. "Its no problem..it was all for you.." I mutter. "What..? For me..? You really traded your soul for me to be happy?" She says. Her eyes light up. "Well..yeah.. I guess I did, didn't I?" I say.
Madoka smiles. Her smile., I can't deny it, it's adorable. She takes another sip of her tea "you shouldn't have.." she whispers. "Maybe..but I still wanted to." I whisper back.
