(Madoka pov)
I wake up and cuddle my stuffed animal I walk out to the garden where dad is cutting tomato's for breakfast. "Morning dad!" I say "morning madoka tatsuya is waking up mom mind helping him?" Asks my dad politely. "No problem!" I shout! I slam the door open and open up the curtains letting the suns yellowly light shine in I throw the covers down and shout "Morning mom!!". She squeals. We then go to get ready in the bathroom.
I brush my teeth and wash my face. I then pick out my favorite red ribbons. At breakfast I shove toast in my mouth and run out. "Bye mom! Bye dad!" I shout. I turn to the corner and see my two best friends Kyouko Sakura She has raspberry red hair tied in a high pony tail with a black ribbon she has a fiery tomboyish personality,Sayaka Miki with short medium blue hair and 2yellow hair clips in the side of her hair she is brave and heroic and caring. I shout "Wait up guys!!" "Well well well madoka where have you been?" Asked kyouko eating a Apple "hehe fighting witches with mami!" I respond "Nice we can fight tonight!" Responds sayaka . "Wellllllll about that..you know the new girl? Homura? We saved her yesterday and she's been going on witch hunts with us.. do you mind if she tags along?" I ask " sure! I dont mind at least!" Responds sayaka "same with me!" Says kyouko

At break I notice homura sitting alone at her desk I walk up with her "hey homura id like to introduce you to some of my other magical girl friends!" I say kindly Homura's eyes light up "really?" She asks "of course!" I respond

(Homura's pov)
I get invited to meet madokas other magical girl friends I walk to her table and see 2 other girls one with a red high pony tail tied with a black ribbon and other with blue short hair "Hiya! Im Sayaka Miki! Nice to meet you!" Says the blue haired girl "yo and im kyouko Sakura!" Chimes in the red haired girl. I nod and we shake hands "im homura akemi." I respond "Should we all go on a witch hunt tonight?" Asks mami tomoe we all agreed to go.
Witch hunt
Kyoukos red soul gem glows bright as a star "here!" She says transforming Sayaka transforms along with her and then mami and madoka we enter the labyrinth and fight off the witch around the corner I see kyubey he walks up to me snd says "Homura do you have a wish yet?" "Oh uh im not sure yet.." I say. Wish..? I haven't even thought about if I wanted to be a magical girl too, honestly its dangerous. And to be able to make any wish id like,what would I want so dearly its worth fighting like this?
At home
"So? Is there anything you need?" asked kyubey "well..no not really.." I responded
I get a text message from Madoka. " Heyyy homura!! Meet me at the cafe 2 blocks away from mamis apartment!💓🎀" it reads. I respond back "oh ok! Ill see you there?" I wonder what madoka wants? I throw on some casual clothes and braid my hair back. I step outside and start walking "On my way!" I text madoka .
At cafe
I see madoka sitting alone at a booth I sit down across from her. "Hey what did you need?" I ask. " homura.." she mutters "do you want to be a magical girl.." she asks. I think hard about my answer "Kind of.." I respond "what would you wish for..?" She asks Im stuck on that question "is there a wish so dear to you it'd worth fighting for?" She asked she seemed upset saying it. "Madoka is something wrong..?" I ask putting my hand on her hand "I-...." She stutters tears start to form in her eyes. "I dont.. think its a good thing anymore.. I dont wanna be a witch.." Madoka says. What? What does she mean..? "What do you mean..?" I ask. She starts crying hardly "kyubey..he betrayed us..sayakas...her soul gem is super tainted..." she says
"How did he betray you?" I ask "he told us the truth.. A Witch is born from a Soul Gem of a Magical Girl when they are filled with impurities and are completely black. Then, the Soul Gem shall break and form a Grief Seed.." she says. What?! Magical girls..are witches..?
Visiting sayaka
I knock on the door lightly,madoka gave me sayakas address. She opens the door. "Homura..? Its really late what are you doing here..?" She says. "Do you mind if I come in?" I say. "Oh sure yeah uhh no problem.." she says. Sayaka seems different. She seems more upset. I know she's trying to hide it be the look in her eyes.. I step in and she leads me to her room "what is it?" She asks "uhm is it true..about kyubey.." her eyes light up in surprise. "Yeah it is why? Wanted to be like us? I made a wish to heal. Now I fight to be alive." She says.
Before cafe
(Madokas pov)
Fighting off the witch with my friends sayaka suddenly starts acting weird this is the 3rd witch today and she seems tired.. I ask kyubey what's going on. "Her soul gem is tainted and kyouko has offered grief seeds but she wont take them." Responded kyubey. Why wouldn't she take the grief seeds? Doesnt she need them to clean her soul gem? "What will happen if she doesnt clear it?" I ask. "If it gets anymore tainted, she will become a witch." Said kyubey. "What?" I ask. " A Witch is born from a Soul Gem of a Magical Girl when they are filled with impurities and are completely black. Then, the Soul Gem shall break and form a Grief Seed" he states. "What?! Why wait what? There's no way.." I say "its the fate of a magical girl. There's no way escaping it." He stated.
Tears form in my eyes. I couldn't believe it.. if I knew this I wouldn't have made a wish. I cant lose sayaka! I have to tell homura before she makes a wish. I was so stupid...
Homura texting with kyouko.
Homura:hey kyouko..any chance you can talk rn?
Kyouko:yeah sure what's up?
Homura: uhm madoka talked with me about the..thing with yk kyubey
Kyouko: yeah ok I DONT wanna talk now.
Homura:please I visited sayaka.
Kyouko:ok fine what about sayaka?
Homura:I dont think she's gonna make it.
Kyouko: ok leave me alone please.
Kyouko: but why do you think that?
Homura: her soul gem is almost completely black. But do you know the reason she's not accepting grief seeds?
Kyouko: yeah I think, and, it pisses me off.
Homura: what is the reason?
Kyouko:that boy kyousuke. He's going out with hitomi. Sayakas really upset about it.
Homura: isn't hitomi her best friend?
Kyouko: yeah, she just really liked kyousuke.
Homura: Alr thanks for telling me.
Next day
Break
Sayaka didn't make it to school today kyouko wont talk and mami is being really quiet. Madoka sat with me at lunch today but we didn't talk much. I noticed madokas ring that holds her soul gem..it was tainted horribly. "Madoka your ring..." I muttered. "Im sorry homura." She said walking off. There's no way im letting this happen.
