(I've been staring at this chapter for two hours before I moved it to Wattpad, not because I didn't like it, but because I was on tumblr and youtube instead of moving and uploading this. Ten points.)

Bruce's P.O.V.
---

Emery was out, like I told her I wanted her. This was weird, she was supposed to have been okay by now. We had gotten so lucky with her fast healing, but suddenly it was gone, right when she needed it most. She hasn't told us anything about what actually happened as she fell down a building, but we knew that Ra's was involved and back, and he had Damian. I've been working nonstop to find him, and hopefully Luce at the same time, and now I need to pause that to help Emery. She should have been healed, but, of course, she wasn't.

I picked up the syringe that was just out of her reach, and moved to her side. She was out completely, but her eyes were racing around behind her eyelids.

"Em?" I asked quietly, hoping it'd make her stop. That only happened if she was having a nightmare, and her nightmares were terrifying, and I'm not even in her head, and I could handle Scarecrow.

"Bruce?" She murmured, turning towards me. She wasn't awake though.

"Em, wake up." I said, stepping back. I wouldn't inject her with anything while she was dreaming, it would just cause more problems that I don't need.

"Save him, Bruce. Find him. He needs you." She said, getting louder, and louder, but barely, so she was talking at a normal volume once she was done.

"Who, Emery? Who needs me?" I asked, having an idea of who she was talking about.

"He's in pain. Why aren't you saving him? Bruce, save him! Bruce, save him!" She started again, yelling at me.

"Who?" Her body sat up quickly, turning her full body towards me.

"Go find him Bruce. He's crying out for you. He needs you. Go find him!" She shouted, standing up and moving towards me. She was paralyzed though. She shouldn't be able to move. What's happening?

I jolted up from the cot by the computer. When did I fall asleep?? That was a dream... Thank god. But dreams are based on some form of reality, aren't they? Emery was asleep on the table, like I had told her to be.

I got up and grabbed the syringe that was just out her reach. She was out cold, but her eyes were racing behind her eyelids.

"Em?" I asked, hoping to make her stop.

Hello everyone! This chapter is ever so slightly confusing, especially the ending. The part that is the same as the beginning IS SUPPOSED to be there. What happened while Em was out was that Bruce was (and is) stuck in an endless dream of Em telling him to save Damian. While he is stuck in the dreams, Alfred gave her the healing serum that healed Babs, so that's how she still gets the drug while Bruce is still out. Now onto the most exciting chapter of this whole book xD (I hope that isn't true). I love you all, don't stop dreaming, don't change for anyone, and I'll see you in the next chapter! BYIEE!!

~J's Girl

It's not actually all that exciting, because I'm bad at making things turn out the way I want them to, but the next chapter is kind of the climax of this story. Which, unfortunately, means that this is coming to a close pretty soon. Maybe within the next three or four weeks? I should be done by my birthday xD done uploading that is, I'm basically done with the whole Prewriting thing, I just have about four chapters left.
