When lunch begins I wait by Marilyn's locker. I wonder what she's gonna think about me waiting by her locker I would barely-never do this. Well unless it was important.I still can't wrap my head around why Robin is rather eager to meet Marilyn, Robin was not one for meeting new people.

Marilyn didn't sit with me during lunch, she would be sitting with Donna and her friend group. Most times it'd just be Robin and I. And on occasion Gwen and Robin's little brother, Ernesto. Gwen and Ernesto were close friends, little to close for my liking

Normally I wouldn't wait in the halls alone since Matty could appear anywhere but I knew I was sorta protected from Robin and I knew Matty would not start shit especially since he knows Robin keeps a promise

But I still managed to spot him from the corner of my eye. Adrian and Buzz were with him as usual. I didn't look over to them. But I started to feel weak, I started tamping with my rocket pen. Something that always cooled my nerves

After some time Marilyn shows up greeting me with a smile

"This is a surprise!, thought you be down to the cafeteria by now" she says as I move out of the way to allow her to open her locker

"Yeah.Well obviously you know who Robin is right?" I say

"Who doesn't" she giggled

"Yeah well he's gonna be joining me at lunch if you're interested"

She slightly blushes, she turns to me. "Okay, I'll meet you down there in a bit, I'll bring Donna!" I wink at him

He smiles and blush appears on his face as  he then disappears from my vision

~MARLIYN'S POV~

"Wait so The Robin Arellano is interested in you?!" Donna says excitingly as she shuts her locker

"That's how Finney made it sound, Finney always said Robin isn't into meeting new people, so why would he invite me to his lunch table with him?!" I say

"This is..huge!" She enthusiastically says as we began walking down to the cafeteria

"I know!"

"Where are they?" Donna says

I search the busy room for a familiar face. I managed to spot Finney, my lips curl at the sad slight of Finney sitting alone. Robin I guess didn't show up yet.

"Over there!" I get Donna's attention as she follows behind me

Donna sits down next to Finney and immediately speaks up, as she looks down at the cafeteria food tray. I smile at Finney as he blushes and he gives me a look
