Michael Bakari Jordan (/bɑːˈkɑːriː/; born February 9, 1987) is an American actor, director and producer. He is known for his film roles as shooting victim Oscar Grant in the drama Fruitvale Station (2013), boxer Donnie Creed in Creed (2015), and Erik Killmonger in Black Panther (2018) and its sequel Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022), all four of which were written and directed by Ryan Coogler. Jordan reprised the role of Creed in Creed II (2018), and Killmonger in What If...? (2021), and is set to star and make his directorial debut in Creed III (2023).

Jordan initially broke out in television roles, including Wallace in the first season of the HBO crime drama series The Wire (2002); Reggie Montgomery on the ABC soap opera All My Children (2003-2006) and Vince Howard in the NBC sports drama series Friday Night Lights (2009-2011). His other film performances include Red Tails (2012), Chronicle (2012), That Awkward Moment (2014), Fantastic Four (2015), and Just Mercy (2019), in which he portrayed Bryan Stevenson.

In 2018, Jordan received a nomination for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Television Movie, as a producer on the television film Fahrenheit 451. In 2020, Jordan was named one of the 100 most influential people in the world by Time magazine, as well as People's Sexiest Man Alive. In the same year, The New York Times ranked him #15 on its list of the 25 Greatest Actors of the 21st Century.

Jordan has resided in Los Angeles since 2006. He grew up in a religious household and considers himself to be spiritual. As of 2018, he lives with his parents in a Sherman Oaks home that he purchased. Jordan is also a fan of anime, particularly Naruto: Shippuden and the Dragon Ball franchise.

In November 2020, the actor began dating model Lori Harvey, adoptive daughter of comedian Steve Harvey. In December 2021, Jordan declared in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, that he "finally found what love was" with Harvey. In June 2022, it was announced that the couple had ended their relationship.

Michael began dating American television host Manoucheca Andoux-Fenty in 2012. After their relationship ended in February 2013, she entered an on-again off-again relationship with American rapper Nas, which lasted from 2015 to 2021.

Manoucheca Renae Andoux-Fenty (born November 3, 1987) is a Barbadian-Nigerian radio personality, television host, vlogger, entrepreneur, actress and author. Since 2009, she hosted the nationally syndicated television talk show All Talk With Manoucheca. Manoucheca is known for hosting The Morning Drive on Rhythm 93.7 FM, her podcast All Talk With Manoucheca Podcast, and for her YouTube vlog series Checa Moments. She released her book Keep Talking in November 2016.

Manoucheca Renae Andoux-Fenty was born on 3 November 1987, in Saint Michael, Barbados. She is the daughter of hairstylist Toke Andoux and warehouse supervisor Ronald Fenty. Her mother is Haitian and Nigerian, while her father is a Barbadian of African, Irish, English, and Scottish descent. Manoucheca has three half-brothers, and three half-sisters including Rihanna from her father's side, each born to different mothers from his previous relationships.

She lost her mother in a car accident when she was 8 years old. So she lived with her father and his family in a three-bedroom bungalow in Bridgetown and sold clothes with her father in a stall on the street. Her childhood was deeply affected by her father's alcoholism and crack cocaine addiction, which contributed to her parents' strained marriage. Manoucheca's father used to physically abuse Monica, and Rihanna would try to get in between them to break up fights.

Manoucheca attended the University of Lagos, where she earned a BA degree in English and Literature. She later attended Northeastern University in Boston and graduated with a Master of Arts degree in communication.
