Deep waters.
Deep waters, I plunged.
Deep waters, it pulled me.
An abyss, as the light grew feeble.
Throwing my arms, frantic.
Soul fragmenting, with every air leaving my lungs.
I drowned.
Eyes, playing every memory,
A movie in its final day.
Deep waters.
Fear, clutching.
Fear.
I couldn't swim.
Frozen stiff, devoid of oxygen.
Screaming, for life.
My arms, reaching out,
Can you see me? I'm here.
Can you hear me? I'm here.
I'm here.
I'm here.
Choking, I reached out.
With every beat, weaker. Paler.
Is there anyone?
As the water roared.
Roared, leaving ears bloody.
Alone,
As the water built.
Pushing me restless.
Deep waters. I plunged.
Absolution.
