Cale, Alberu, On, Hong, and Raon teleported to the capital of the Eshire Empire. It was one of the few places they had the coordinates in the south for. Alberu was in his quarter dark elf form, On and Hong were in their human form with their hair dyed brown, Cale had his white hair and Raon was invisible.

"Wow."

Cale agreed with the children. The city was lively even at night. Every street was lit with streetlamps and colorful lanterns were floating in the sky. It was truly a sight to behold. Cale knew the Empire was prosperous however this was another level. Almost every person in the plaza was wearing some form of gold just as every building contained a high-level magic stone.

Alberu's breath hitched as watched a family of dark elves release a green lantern into the sky. Dark elves living under the stars, showing their dark skin proudly. When he had first heard how the dark elves were living in the southern continent, he couldn't believe his ears. He dreamed of doing the same for his people on the western continent. Even after the war, erasing the stigma against his kind was difficult. At least they now had the support of the church of the sun god.

Cale squeezed Alberu's shoulder. "One day, they will be able to do the same."

Alberu followed Cale's gaze to the family of dark elves. The two dark elf children were laughing as their father made funny faces. Alberu swallowed the lump in his throat. "Yes, we will." Yes, we will. He didn't have to do it alone anymore. He had a loving family of his own supporting him from behind and he knew they would become his shield when needed. They were his safety net and shield.

"Today is the festival of light young ones. Lanterns with lights are flown into the sky to show the dragons the way back home."

Cale and Alberu sharply turned around. Cale pulled the children behind him. The hooded stranger reached their hand to pull off their hood. Cale and Alberu hid their shock. Alberu held back his instincts to bow.

The silver reptilian eyes lit up in amusement.

-She is a great and mighty dragon like me human!

Cale felt dizzy after Raon's excited confirmation. How did they meet another dragon in less than ten minutes of arriving?

"Legend has it, a 'partially' blind dragon had protected this small piece of land from a powerful witch." She smiled at them. "I am Zeeri strange travelers."

-I am the great and mighty Raon Miru.

-Great and mighty indeed little one but why are you traveling with this strange group?

Raon remembered Cale's words, repeating them to Zeeri.

-Because my home is their home, and their home is my home.

"Hmm a strange group indeed." Zeeri waived for them to follow her. In her 893 years of living, she had never heard of a dragon traveling with the beast tribe, and especially not humans. She was sure their tale would be amusing and entertaining. All of them were strange.

A young dragon with a time attribute, quarter dark elf covered with a scent of divine power, the mutant cat tribe children, and the human with countless ancient powers, along with an interesting soul. A unique group indeed.

Cale held the children's hands, following behind Zeeri. He stopped, turning to give Alberu, who hadn't moved, a questioning look. 'Are you not going to listen to the dragon?' He pointed his head towards Zeeri, telling Alberu to follow. He didn't want to face a dragon's rath.

"You're driving me crazy," Alberu mumbled before walking in front of Cale and the children. His dongsaeng had already attracted a dragon's attention. He hoped it ended with just the dragon-nim's little interest.
