SUNNY and MARI's last name would be... SUZUKI!
SUZUKI is, as far as I can K̶E̶L̶ tell, the most common last name for SUNNY and MARI in fanfictions and such.
It is fitting for SUNNY because of the Suzuki method of playing violin, and SUNNY played violin...

•OMORI I've seen people say that OMORI is the family's last name, and that's why it is inscribed on their piano, but (correct me if I'm wrong here) OMORI is also inscribed on the piano in the church. I've also seen people say OMORI just because SUNNY OMORI, MARI OMORI... OMORI OMORI No
