Paige's mom woke them up at noon wanting to know all about the concert. They both agreed to keep everything about Wyatt Mason potentially liking Paige on the down low.

Madeline stayed for lunch but then had to leave because she had basketball training to get to. Madeline would also be attending the University of Northern Colorado in the fall as well. She had gotten a basketball scholarship and had training all the time.

Madeline said goodbye to her best friend and headed out of Paige's house, leaving Paige to her thoughts. Paige's head was spinning. She had slept a little more since Madeline had rudely awaken her, but she felt exhausted. She didn't know what to do.

Paige had asked for the day off from work knowing that she would want to rest after the concert, but now she wished she hadn't because it would have given her something to keep her mind off Wyatt Mason.

She decided she would go out to the lake and swim for a bit. The benefits of where she lived was that they lived on a lake, so she could literally walk outside her back door and jump into Lake Loveland.

She changed into a white bikini, grabbed a book, and her phone, and headed outside. Her family had a patio and a dock at the edge of their backyard. She decided that she would hop in and swim a couple of laps and then lay out in the sun for a bit.

She had always loved swimming and used it as a form of exercise and relaxation. The lake today was cool compared to the hot June sun. She swam three times from their dock to their neighbors back to hers. After finishing the third lap, she climbs the ladder on the side of the dock.

She makes her way up to the patio when she noticed that she forgot to grab a towel. Her mom hates when they walk in wet throughout house and so she decided she would try and get someone inside to bring one out to her.

She opens the sliding glass door and calls for her mom. No answer. She then calls for either of her brothers. Again, no one answers. She sighs and wonders where here family wondered off to and plopped her wet self onto the beach chair.

Paige opens up her phone and goes to take a picture to post to her story. She takes a selfie laying down on the chair and another of her view of the lake. She adds them both to her story and she just then realized that she still hadn't posted about last nights' concert.

She scrolls through the pictures her, and her best friend took and then the videos and pictures from the show. She picks out her favorite clips and pictures and goes to post them on her profile.

As soon as she sees posted on the screen, her phone blows up yet again. Within seconds she had hundreds of likes and more followers. It's unbelievable.

She continues to scroll through Instagram when she gets a dm. She slides over to her messages to see who's it from. She actually had quite a few messages. Almost all from people she didn't know, asking questions about Wyatt Mason. Some asked how much she would sell his leather jacket for.

But the one that just had entered into her inbox was from the man himself. Paige didn't know what to do. She wanted so badly to scream but couldn't let it out.

She opens the message.

Hey.

How are you?

Did you sleep after last night?

I didn't.

I can't stop thinking about you.

Please tell me you feel the same.

Paige rereads the messages again. And again.

He actually thought about her last night. What is she supposed to do now? She has talked to so many boys, but now that she's actually talking to someone she actually likes, it's as if her brain stopped functioning.
