The four members of team RWBY get kidnaped at a very young age by a group of people who experiment on them. because of this, they gain new powers not tied to their aura that stem from their personalities, team roles and interests. They all have some enhanced strength, speed, durability and senses, but their individual powers are more unique.
Ruby has a hyper analytical mind, allowing her to predict enemy movements and counter attack, almost like ultra instinct. her other power basically makes her a technopath.
Weiss has a sonic scream like the Black canny, capable of shattering glass and pushing opnents back. Her body has also been turned into a living dust generator, allowing her to use any kind of dust, just by thinking it. Need to burn something? Think of fire dust to shoot fire from her hands. Need a barrier to protect someone? Think of earth dust and make a wall of it for protection. Or hard light works too. Need to move something? Think of gravity dust and telekinesis it away.
Blakes augment took her animal side and pumped it up to the max. She now has a tail and some fur to match her ears. She can turn her finger and toe nails into very sharp claws. She's super flexible now and her bone structure allows her to run on all fours as well as on two. She also has a more primal side to her brain that comes out in combat, resulting in her fighting more like an animal than a human. Her other power matches her more ninja like skills and shy personality, allowing her to camoflouge herself to any environment, and even turn invisible.
Yang's first power matches her mechanic side, allowing her to see the schematics of any piece of technology she looks at. Her other power is a little more fit to fighting. She can activate something she calls Berserker Rage. Basically it makes her completely invulnerable and triples her strength at the downside of turning into a mindless embodiment of rage. She can tell who her allies and enemies are, so she won't attack innocents, but she won't listen to orders or be able to sense traps or tricks, lost in her anger.
