In this world Marinette wasn't chosen as the wielder of the Ladybug miraculous, someone else taking up the mantle. But just because she won't become the guardian of the miraculous, doesn't mean she won't become a guardian. Upon a visit to the louvre with her best Alya to look into miraculous in history, she comes upon a suit of spartan armor in an exhibit about ancient Greece. The armor seems familiar to her, and awakens memories in her genetics. She is the descendent of the legendary warrior Kassandra the Eagle Bearer. After her genetic memories were awakened, she was approached by the warrior herself, and made the new guardian of the staff of Hermes. From there, she builds her own set of armor and takes to Paris's streets at night, guarding the people from the threats they don't even see.
