Chapter Four

I felt Xander get up and put a blanket over me and Rome. I also heard him closing the door but he didn't lock it or he didn't have time to. I waited 10 minutes before moving. I picked Rome up and put him next to Billy. I went to go into the hallway but I stopped when I saw Abby talking to Xander. She had him pinned to the wall. You could tell she wanted to yell but she could not because everyone else would hear her. I was not too far from them so I could hear her. Xander on the other hand look scared. He was shaking with fear. He looked like he wanted to cry but he was holding it back. She was telling him that he should be upstairs because someone wants to talk to him. "Please Abby I can't talk to that man, not after what he did.." I said to her as he closed his eyes. "Xander I don't if you don't want to. You need to, he is paying me to keep you here but you have to at least talk to him once a month." She told him as she put her hand on his chin making him look at her. "Please no I don't want to.." He said to her almost yelling at her. "If you don't want me to leave you alone if the room with him you're going to go and fucking talk to him!! Do you understand me, boy!?" Abby said to him while holding his arm tight. I could see she was holding it so tight that she started to make his arm bleed. You could see the blood running down his arm "I'll do it only if you let Milly sit in the room with me" He said looking my way. I could tell he saw me because he faked a smile while looking me in the eyes. "If it gets you to sit in the room then I'll let her." She said look the same way he was looking and that's when she saw me. "Thanks, Abby," He tells her and me and gives a real smile. "Milly I see you, now come here. I need Xander upstairs and you're going with him" She said to him as she let go of Xander. "Yes ma'am," I said to her as I walked over to her. "Good girl. Now both of you get up there right now" She said to both of us. I walked over to Xander and grab his hand and walked upstairs. "You okay Xander?" I asked him. I could feel him shaking. "Y-yea I'm okay," He said to me with a scared tone in his voice. "I know you're not, we can talk about this later if you want, okay?" I said to him as I stopped walking and pulled him in for a hug. "Thanks, Milly," He said to me as he hugged me back. "I grabbed some bandages for you. Let me wrap your arm before we go in that room." I said to him as I softly grabbed his arm and started wrapping it. "You're the best Milly. Like I have never met someone this kind before," He said to me with a real smile on his face. "I try my best to be nice to everyone because you never know what someone is going through." I said to him as I had just gotten done wrapping his arm. "Okay, I'm done. Let's go in that room now before Abby ends up coming and yelling at us" I said to him with a smile. "Yea let's hurry," He said while trying not to laugh. We walked into the room and I was shocked. I saw someone I thought I wouldn't see in a long time. I was unable to move after I saw them. "Milly wants wrong? Are you okay?" Xander asked me as he put his hands on my arms. I tried to speak but I couldn't. I then hear them speak and say my name. "Milly is that you?" The lady asked me. "I haven't seen you since you were 9." She said to me. "Yea I've been here for four years ma'am!" I felt mad for some reason. "I know you have Milly and I know Billy is her too." She said to me looking happy. "What are you talking about?" I asked her with a confused look. "Who do you think paid Abby to keep you here?" She said while looking at me with an evil look. "I can't believe you!!!" I said yelling at her. Xander had to hold me back. "Why would you do that to us? We are fucking family. My mother is your sister!!" I yelled at her. "I know what I did. I don't care if we are family. I only want your dad. She took him from me and I will kill your mother if I have to Milly." She said to me while standing up. "You are a monster!!" I yelled at her. Before she could say anything to me. Abby ran into the room. "I'm sorry Xander but I think Milly needs to go back to her room. You can go with her if you want to, and Sir you'll have to come back tomorrow." Abby said to Xander then to the guys he was supposed to talk to. Xander grabbed my hand and walked me back to my room. We had to stop halfway there because I broke down crying. "Hey hey It will be okay Milly." He said to me as he picked me up because I was unable to walk after that. I didn't answer him back. All I did was buried my head in his neck. I guess I fell asleep because I didn't remember making it to my room.

1 hour later
I woke up and noticed I was laying on Xander chest. I didn't feel like moving so I cuddled closer to him. I felt him hug me a little tighter. "Hey, Milly?" He said "Yes?" I replied. "Who was that lady you were yelling at earlier?" He asked me as he started to rub my back. "It was my aunt," I said to him. "Wow, so your own aunt had you put her and because she wants your dad only?" He said to me. "Yea. I always had a feeling she only cared about my dad. I know my mom could tell that but she never did anything about it" I told him. "Hey don't worry you're not the only one that had their family pay someone to keep them here," He told me as he kissed me on the head. When he did not I got a weird feeling. I liked the feeling but I didn't know what it was. Until about three years later.
