When in Paris... (slow updates)

6: Fun in Paris...

Two months have passed and the production rate was going well and smoothly. The cast have gotten friendly with one another and with the rest of the crew. Lily enjoyed working with everyone and considering there were two Lily's on set, everyone referred to them by last names. Lily hasn't accepted it yet, but the main cast has told her over and over of how successful she will be.

Lily has worked hard on the movie and considering the pace they're going and how much they have filmed within two months, they could be done before the estimated deadline. 

"So Park, considering we've done a lot in these past two months, what do you say we have some fun in Paris?" Ryan, Gal, and Taehyung approached her.

"Honestly, you might be right Ryan," placing her fingers into her mouth she whistled, "alright everyone! The day is about over and I think, we all deserve a break this weekend. So starting right now, let's clear out and go have some fun!"

Cheers erupted everywhere and heads moved quickly to the break rooms, staff rooms, whichever rooms everyone has placed their belongings. The first one back was Robert and the last two were Collins and Taehyung. 

Lily has noticed how the two have gotten closer, considering they are the leading roles, she couldn't help but feel a tang of jealousy. But she hasn't shown it before and won't be doing it now. Lily approached the other cast members and they began to discuss of what to do. Shortly after, the last two joined in.

"I think we should go to a bar and let loose." Robert first suggested which Ryan agreed to. But Gal had a different idea, "Why not do some sightseeing together and go out for dinner?" Collins and Taehyung agreed to it.

So it was now 2:3 leaving Lily to be the last one to vote, "Come on Park, you're the only one who hasn't said anything." Gal said with a sly smile, hoping she'd vote on hers.

"Sorry boys but I think I gotta go with the girls."

"Hey! I'm not a girl." Taehyung defended himself with a pout. But before Lily could say anything Collins was quick with it, "Oh but you'd make a very cute girl if you were." Everyone laughed and they decided to check out this market street that they've all heard of.

The cast and crew were enjoying themselves, despite being stopped time to time by fans. Especially with Taehyung. Lily usually has masks and sunglasses in her bags for these occasions so she gave one to him, "Here Tae put these on. It should somehow lessen the ARMY attraction."

"Thanks Lily." Putting it on the rest of the night went smoothly until dinner time came. Considering everyone was older than Taehyung and Lily, Lily felt as if she was out of the loop. Ryan and Robert were enjoying themselves with whisky while Gal, Collins, and Taehyung were enjoying their wine. 

Lily used to drink in high school but she's put it past behind her, considering she's done some crazy stuff then. So she sat mingling with them all but it was a little until she excused herself to get some fresh air.

"Thank you for giving everyone the rest of the day of off. I think we all needed it." Ryan came next to Lily with his whisky in hand. The two have made a sort of brother/sister relationship in the past two months. Robert was more of the dad and Gal was the very awesome aunt. Collins was the cousin and Taehyung was the handsome neighbor (in Lily's eyes).

"Well thank you for being awesome people to work with. We are going at a steady rate that I think we could be done before the deadline."

"Let's hope that. Now, penny for your thoughts?"

Ryan could always tell if something was on her mind, whether it be about the film, the cast, or about Taehyung.

"Nothing, everything is peachy."

"Oh please, who are you my mom? Kidding, I love her. But seriously, no one says peachy without hiding something."

"I hate how you know."

"What can I say? I know good acting when I see it. So come on, spill. You know you can talk to me if it's about Taehyung."

Lily knew there was no point on hiding, "Of course you'd know who it's about... nothing is wrong between us. I guess I'm just not used to seeing other people closer to him than me or his members. Simply because he doesn't tell me there are other people in his life. Not that mean a lot to him."

"I get what you're saying. But you know, you're doing well of keeping your head high. Being professional about it. Now, of course this happens a lot when movies are made but the way your handling it is awesome."

"Thanks Ry."

"Ry? That's a first. It's like calling my d-"

"Alright! I'm done. Thank you Ryan, for the talk."

"Of course Lily. Just know Collins and Taehyung are friends since I'm pretty sure he likes someone else."

"What? Who?" Ryan walked away with a smirk leaving her clueless. Now her mind was racing with thoughts as to who it could be, she's already come to acceptance of her crush on Taehyung but she doesn't know if he feels the same.

As her thoughts continued to jumble around, Taehyung stood next to her, a lot closer than Ryan was. 

"Hey Lily, what's going on? You're missing the fun inside. Robert hyung was telling a hilarious story from when he was part of the Avengers..." he dragged the sentence, realizing she wasn't listening.

He placed his hand on her shoulder, bringing her back to reality. "Oh Tae! When'd you get here?"

"Is everything okay?"

"Yeah everything is fine. Just thinking."

"Hey, if it's about the movie don't stress. You are doing such a good job and everyone loves you for it."

"Thank you Tae, but it's just other stuff too."

"Want to talk about it?"

"Maybe later. But tell me, how are things with you? I hear the album should be released soon."

"Yeah I can't wait for ARMY to hear it. You're going to listen to right?"

"Of course I am, I wouldn't miss it for the world. You got me hooked remember?"

"You're right. If I didn't invite you then you wouldn't have listened to us. So I should get something," Taehyung grinned and Lily began to laugh at his statement.

"Are you serious right now?"

"100% as Jimin's pinkie not growing." (Somewhere in Korea, Jimin sneezed.)

"Well then why don't you tell me what you want?" Lily looked off into the distance, watching the night lights sparkle then the Eiffel Tower began to shimmer its lights.

"A date."

Lily looked at him with wide eyes. She never thought to hear those words from him, "A date?"

"I think this Saturday works for both of us. So I will pick you up at your place lets say, 9am?"

Taehyung had a big smile on his face, waiting to hear the answer, "Okay then. It's a date." He fist bumped the air and slyly placed his arm around her shoulder. The two thought they had their moment alone but they were being watched by a dad, a brother, an aunt and a cousin. Who were clinking their glasses with one another and cheering for the soon-to-be couple.
