It took them a while to get there. Mainly because Donna had to go thrice 'round town to even find the place. She swore she'd been there before and that it wasn't a dream, but Ferneus had his doubts. He surprisingly didn't complain the whole way, probably because he felt bad for Donna after the whole, incident. He still blamed himself.
But he kept his complaints and doubts to himself as he allowed Donna to pull him hither and thither through town. She almost got them ran over a few times, which he still hadn't recovered from.
But after what seemed like hours, and to be honest it probably was. They finally found themselves standing outside a small building rudely squished between two others. A rusty sign was swinging back and forth calmly above the door. It read, "Miss Farrington's Antiques" in faded letters.
Donna stared up at it, happiness finding itself on her face once more. Ferneus was glad to see her happy again. She then turned to face him, bouncing up and down in excitement.
"See I told you it was here!" She exclaimed pointing at the building, "I knew you never believed me! But I, Proved. You. Wrong!"
"Indeed you did Donna," He complied, "How foolish I was."
"Yeah that's right! But we don't have time for this! The day is almost over!" She scolded, grabbing his hand and pulling him inside the dark building as dusk painted the sky in orange.

As soon as the door was opened a tiny bell tinged in welcome, announcing their presence. Ferneus even as a "human" still was uncomfortably tall in there. Even while he was like that his head barely touched the ceiling, and he was two feet shorter than he normally would be.He bowed his head a little, and that was when he saw movement behind a very cluttered desk dead set in front of them. Donna was looking all around in awe, muttering to herself about being here before and the memories, ectedera.
It wasn't until she got to the desk that she stopped. She stared at it for a moment, almost to confirm something. Then she hopped happily in place like she was a child again and exclaimed ecstatically,
"Miss Farrington I'm so glad you're still here! Don't you remember me?"
At her words something bumped painfully on the bottom of the desk. It was followed by a low moan as a scrawny woman rose up off the floor, clutching her head with a hand.
She looked around dimly for a few seconds, before she instinctively reached for her glasses upon her head. She put them promptly on to her nose. She then proceeded to look around again. When she got to Donna her black eyes shone in the dim lighted building.
"Oh, Donna it's you! I haven't seen you in ages! Look at you!" She proclaimed running around the desk to get to her. They then embraced in a hug full of love and gratitude, both started crying. Ferneus watched on from the shadows.
"Oh Donna, look at how you've grown!" Miss Farrington said finally, cradling her face in her slightly wrinkled hands, "You've become a woman my dear! Soon you'll be as old as me!"
Donna laughed at this and so did she. It was like time never passed between those two. Once the reunion was finished they launched into conversation about Donna's life and what she'd been doing this whole time, and Miss Farrington would tell of her continuous lonely days with still no customers.
"I bet they think I'm cursed or something," She said dismissively, "Or that maybe I'm a witch. Just glad they didn't decide to hang me yet though."
Her comment then led Donna to tell her of Ferneus whom she'd met on that bridge where they hung the witches all those years ago. She left out the part that he was a demon. Just because Miss Farrington was interested in demons just like she was, it was best not for her to know. She wasn't going to let the same mistake happen twice. On the case of Samantha all those years ago.
