after we finished up at the karaoke bar we all went our own ways home. i started to walk back to the subway station since i didn't feel like walking so far home.

i started to walk towards the direction of the station when i heard someone call my name and i looked back to see minho walking towards me.

"you going home?" he asked me and i just nodded in response. "well i can't let you just go into the subway all alone. it's not safe." he said as we slowly walked. "now hurry up, i don't have all night." he said, grabbing my hand seemingly randomly in a rush as he gripped onto it leading me to the station.

he leaned close to my ear when we walked into the station, "gates open come on." he said and we both walked through the gate without paying.

we then continued to walk towards the train. he had my hand in his still as we walked past creepy men who catcalled me despite the fact that i was with a guy that could be presumed to be my boyfriend. they never cared about that.

we got downstairs just in time for the train and both ran on. of course the seats were all full so we had to stand. at the last minute some guy got onto the train, obviously homeless due to his ripped up clothes and dirty look and stood right by me although there was room to stand elsewhere.

i stepped back a little bit but the man just stepped closer to me. minho noticed and put his arm around my waist, pulling me closer to him.

"hey sweetheart." the random man said.

i just ignored him and walked a bit farther from the man as the train began to move. minho followed after me and stood on the side of me the man was on before putting some distance between the man and i.

"what is she, your girlfriend or something?" the man asked minho.

"yeah she is so i'd like it if you fucked off." minho answered and the man just looked at him without saying a word. he then spat on minho's shirt and called me a bitch before walking to the other side of the train.

i looked at minho's shirt in disgust as he looked obviously even more disgusted. the train stopped and the man got off while other people got on.

"are you good?" i ask.

"no." minho responds as he stands, still with his hand holding mine but the both of us didn't bother to pull our hand away.

we got off the train and walked a few minutes and got out of the subway and onto the sidewalk. "my apartment is down that alley." i told minho as i pointed down a decently lit up street, there still being a bunch of stores and apartments down the alley.

"will you be fine if i leave you here?" minho asks seeing the many families hanging outside of their apartments in the alley.

"yes. i'm really sorry about what happened." i say.

"it's fine, that dude was just a creep." he said. "i'll see you at school" minho then said before walking away.

an: again idk if this happens on the regular in seoul to people but whatever im just basing it off what i know

i lie in my bed, showered and clean of the dirty city. as i was about to go to sleep my phone vibrated and i saw that i got a private text from "이민호".

minho u got home good?

me yes ty
