The tour group moved to the next stop of their venue tour. The next location was in the Subtropic zone of the Botanical gardens. The first thing they saw was that the garden was decorated with various jack-o-lanterns, tombstones, and a stone casket. The Heartslabyul Dorm decorated their graveyard perfectly so that it appeared to be withered and decaying with moss sticking to the surfaces. They also built up a tall, yet old-looking iron gate and creeked loudly each time the doors would move. Deuce and Cater had run ahead of the group to get their costumes ready to present to them. While they were busy changing, Riddle, Trey and Ace were there to greet them.

"Hello, everyone. It's nice to have you." Riddle welcomed.

"Step into our chilling conservatory." Trey encouraged, with a small wave of his hand to showcase the cemetery.

"For Heartslabyul, we decided to go with graveyard decor." Ace informed them.

"And for our costumes..." Cater began to say. He paused for effect as he and Deuce made their grand entrance. The two of them were wearing all-black suits with white long ribbons on their pants, two more were wrapped around their knees and two were tied in a way to resemble the knee bone. Similarly, white ribbons decorated their arms with two ribbons tied into flower-shaped ties at their upper arms. They were a pair of black boots and silver belts decorated with white rose designs and had silver fleur-de-lis emblems. Attached to the belts were trains of a long, black, tattered tulle fluttering behind them. White ribbons were stitched onto the fronts of their suits with dark red rose petals underneath. Resembling bleeding, beating hearts underneath their collarbones. They also wore black gloves with black frilled cuffs and four silver cufflinks. They wore black tophats with decorative raven skulls and three small black feathers. Along with tattered, black veils dropped over their heads.

"Check THIS out. Skelebones ♪!" Cater said in a sing-song tone.

"Ghosts that rose from the grave through sheer willpower!" Deuce declared.

"Skele-what? Oh. You mean skeletons. Hm? Those aren't bones on your costume, though." Malleus said, eyeing the Spades' and Diamonds' costumes.

"No, sir. They're white ribbons designed to LOOK like bones." Deuce replied. "We agreed to decorate the garden like a graveyard and dress up as skeletons... But we had a hard time designing something realistic, while also fun for Halloween."

"Deuce's suggestion was so stupid, I almost died laughing." Ace said, failing to hold back his laughter. "He said skeletons should look dirty and grimy! And sure, that might've made it more convincing, but YOU try convincing anyone to dress like that."

"Your suggestion was just as bad, for the record!" Deuce shouted, shooting a glare at Ace and getting ready for a fight.

"Ahem!" Riddle firmly went. Making both of his first years tense and break apart before they could bicker any further. Deuce stepped away from Ace and faced the group as he tried to regain his composure. "Ah! A-anyway, Cater stepped up and shared some great insights." He said.

"I'm always mashing that like button on cool displays I see on Magicam. It's great hashtag #inspo for the dorm's tea parties." Cater said as he brought out his phone and scrolled through the pictures he had taken. "Ribbons and lace are, like, a staple of picturesque decor, right? Just because we're going with skeletons as a theme... Why ruin a perfectly good Halloween by making everyone roll around in the dirt or whatever? See this? Isn't it cute how you can see the heart made of roses underneath the RIB-bons? ...That was another bone pun. Please clap."

"We couldn't have pulled it off convincingly and with respect for everyone's opinions if not for Cater's skills and know-how." Riddle said with a grateful smile. "I'm satisfied that our costumes are both refined and fearsome—a perfect fit for a dorm embodying the spirit of strictness."
