" 'Burying'?" The boy repeated.

"It's what grave keepers do. They dig, they bury, and they dig again." The figure said, solemnly.

"Grave keeper?" The girl asked. She tightened her grip on her boyfriend. This...something wasn't right about this. This didn't seem to be just another spectacle. She looked up to her boyfriend to try and get him to leave when they heard it. At first, they thought it was their imagination, but steadily grew louder and louder.

"U-uuurgh... ...lp me..."

"What the-?!" The girl yelped out as she frantically searched around, wondering where the sounds were coming from. The boyfriend felt his heart pounding against his ribs as he too searched for the source. That's when he realised. The moaning and pleas for help. Muffled, weak...and coming from beneath the ground. The boy looked down. His eyes went wide and he let out a terrified scream, "AAHHHH! Look at your feet!"

Underneath the earth, several students and Ace were nearly halfway buried up their necks as they struggled to free themselves. Their clothes were torn. Cuts adored their faces and arms. Blood and dirt caked along their exposed flesh. "...elp... Help me...!" Ace managed to shout out as he desperately tried to claw his way to freedom.

"A-a person..." The girl began as she quivered in fear.

"In the ground?!" The boy questioned, terrified at what he was seeing. There were actual people here...being buried alive?!

"Urrrgh... Let me out of here...!" Ace shouted. He locked his eyes with the slowly retreating couple and reached out a hand towards them. "You two... Please... Help meee...!" Oh, poor, pitiful and stupid soul. Try as he might, he can never escape the curse. While he did cry out for help, bursting out from the ground, large green vines wrapped themselves around the young student and forced him deeper into the earth. Leaving his head and his hands exposed. The Grave Keeper narrowed his eyes at the troublemaking fool and stomped his way towards him. He picked up his shovel and scooped up some dirt.

"Shut up! You belong within the earth now!" The Grave Keeper reprimanded and threw the dirt at the student's face. Shutting him up and nearly causing him to choke. "Aah!" He yelled out. "Got dirt in my mouth..."

"Wait, were the rumours about skeletons true?!" The girl cried out as she felt tears burning in her eyes. If these skeletons were the real thing? Then what about that girl? She was a ghost too, right?! Who or what was she in this place?!

"Don't be stupid!" The boy shouted at her. Although he tried to be brave and deny reality, he was just as scared as she was.

"But look! They're burying a person right here...!" She shrieked.

"There aren't supposed to be any live ones around here." The Grave Keeper stated, slowly turning his head towards the shaking couple. A look of anger appeared on his face as he gripped his shovel. Was he planning to strike them with it? "Are you a couple of ghosts risen from your graves? Are you here...to destroy this place? To put more misery on her?"

"What?!" The couple backed away in fear.

"Keeping the grounds safe from robbers and evil spirits is a grave keeper's job—MY job." He said. He stabbed his shovel into the ground. The couple felt the very earth move and shake beneath their feet and to their horror, saw two perfectly dug-up graves appear right beside them. "Now, come on...Back to your graves with you!" The Grave Keeper shouted, making his way towards the couple. Behind him, vines ran down the trees and slithered across the ground, they rose and intertwined to form giant, clawed hands. Ready to drag them into the graves.

"AAAH!" The couple screamed.

"He's coming for us!"

"L-l-let's get out of here!" The two immediately turned and ran away as fast as they could. They needed to get out of the cemetery and away from that Grave Keeper. They knew if he managed to get them, they would be the next victims to be buried alive. They certainly tried to escape anyway. However, because of the fog, it was so thick, that they could barely see anything in front of them. Everywhere they looked, appeared to be the same.
