2: old memories

Guren: you know miharu? Like really know her.

Mitsuki was standing in front of her grave.

Mitsuki: know her... Is an understatement. We were... Supposed to be inseparable.

Guren: I see. Best friends?

Mitsuki: more than that.

Guren: that sounds wrong.

Mitsuki: you imagine too much in your head.

Guren: had a husband.  Who? What happened?

Mitsuki: died. My child too. Died. They were killed by vampires. They despised my half human child. So they came after her and killed her. My husband died while trying to defend her.

Guren: you hate vampires?

Mitsuki: I hate the people who killed my child. She... Didn't even have a name. I didn't get time to give her one yet...

Guren: I see. Mothers are all like that.  How about your husband? What's his name?

Mitsuki: taeyu hiragi. An illegitimate. He loved me first. I only accepted him slowly afterwards. He's a big baka if you ask me. I once thought we would be fine.

Her tears flowed down a bit " watashi wa... Baka da... (I'm an idiot) "

Guren: I see.

Mitsuki: but... *sniffs. Clear tears* I got him over quite quickly.  It was my child...

Guren: I see.

Mitsuki looked to him " guren... If I told you..."

Shinoa: colonel guren. *interrupts*

Guren: shinoa.

Shinoa: did I interrupt something?

Mitsuki: its ok. I'll leave.

Shinoa: its ok actually. I want to see your skills too. A mission. It requests you and lt. Colonel you're to supervise her.

Mitsuki: hahaha...  Him?

Guren: I caught you,you know.

Mitsuki: I let you. Baka ren ren.

Guren pov:

Ren ren... Did she just call me that? Ren ren... Was the nickname miharu gave me.

Flashback ~

Miharu: your name is too long.

guren: like guren is longer than ren ren.

Miharu: but... Its cuter!!

I play around with her hair " hai hai. If you like it. Who knew the genius can be this wilful? "

Miharu: urusei... I'm not like that... Usually.

I kiss her forehead " I know. Kawaii miharu. "

She hugs me " ren ren... I wish... This could last forever... "

Guren: why wouldn't it? You're a genius.

Miharu: ren ren...

End of flashback ~

Mitsuki: *waves hand* guren. Guren. Baka guren!!!

Guren: huh?

Mitsuki: gomen. I said something I shouldn't neh.

Guren: no. Its fine.

Mitsuki: let's go.

" oh. Mitsuki huh. Finally betraying us huh?"

Mitsuki: its an order from king barios.

" staying in the human world, doesn't seem like one of them. "

Mitsuki: that is my choice. Plus, its only than king barios would be able to know what's going on down here. Assholes.

" not quite. " mitsuki stretched out her hand and riyuna turned into a blade. Mitsuki held onto riyuna " scythe. We're chopping this one up. " riyuna turns into a scythe.

Guren: that's the ability of your sword? It can change into any weapon form.

Yuu: that's so cool!!

"die." black substances started flowing from her. My eyed widen a little from seeing something familiar.Why... did it look like miharu's (weapon)

" murderous aura leaking huh?" the noble said " as expected as a royale. Able to manifest your aura."My demon sword shook violently. Miharu, are you thirsting for a fight? That's the first time.

She charged forward and *clank* her scythe to the noble's sword. " I change my mind." She stretches her hand out and puts her hand... in to the noble's body. The noble frightens and moves backwards "what's that..."

mitsuki: that. That is advanced level magic. Something you nobles probably never touch on because you don't study in the vampire world.

shinoa: magic... looks like our sealing techniques though.

mitsuki: its the same. Its the same. I think...

A sword slice comes her way, she moves slightly to the left letting the sword slice miss, she grabs onto his arm " bye bye." a cynical smile and there goes his arm. He wants to move backwards again but riyuna turns into a chain and wraps around his neck " don't run." riyuna giggled.

youichi ( the one with an arrow) : what a strong combe.

Mitsuki put her hand into his body and pulled something out... the noble screamed. She kicked him to a far distance. On her hand was a dark orb with chains.

mitsuki: neh, how do you look like?

The orb materialises and a demon appears. A guy demon " mitsuki."

mitsuki: I will free you from him. Allow you to choose your own master. How's that? Oden.

oden: my own master?

mitsuki: hai. A human. Of course its a little different. This time you get the chance to take over the human, make your own shots. No more chained to someone just because you were born that way.

oden: *smiles* alright than.

mitsuki: do you like your own shape? Or you want another sword?

oden: I like my sword.

mitsuki: fine. Riyuna, go get the sword.

Riyuna goes to the conscious noble. He grabs onto the sword tightly, " give it to me."

" like I will !!"

riyuna: you won't die when we separate you two.

" I don't care!!"

riyuna: fine. Than die.

She materialises a sword and stabs him to death. She takes the weapon to mitsuki. Mitsuki applies some script writing on the chains and they break. She than chains oden to the sword.

shinoa: magic?

mitsuki: hai. I would have just freed them like that if you people could handle them easily. After all, they need energy to feed on. They will die without energy. Demons are quite picky with their masters you know.

riyuna: and you only know how to bully me.

mitsuki: I didn't !!

Mitsuki jump onto riyuna's back " I'm tired, Carry me."

riyuna: see!!!

mitsuki: don't be such a cheapskate.
