Bubbles POV
BOOMER sent me a text message this morning asking me to meet him at the beach, I'm assuming he's gonna try to 'woo' me, well he doesn't even have to try, I'm already in love with him.
On my walk to the beach, I started to remember what happened when Blossom came home last night,
"Where the hell have you been, Blossom! It's like 12 a.m!" Bunny shouted at our sister, all of us on the couch with our arms and legs crossed, as if we were gonna scold her. "I.. was at the library. With Brick..?"
"SPILL. NOW!"
And that's how we all found out that they're back together, which is great! I'm happy for my sister, she was miserable and now that he's back in her life, she's practically oozing happiness. I just wish it was the same thing with me.
As I get closer to the beach, I can see.. well it's not really a stage, it's just like a little platform on the sand, and Boomer is standing on it? There's some other people there too with instruments on the platform, Boomer also had a mic. The platform itself was decorated beautifully, with vines, fairy lights, and sheer curtains.
Finally, I reach that little platform he's on and tilt my head, "Um.. Boomer? What is all this?"
Boomers POV
"WELL, I'm performing. A song.. for you." I answered the beautiful blondes question with a smile, hoping my face isn't as red as it feels.
Bubbles just giggled, that adorable little sound.. I used to be able to hear it all the time, and then it stopped because of me. But I am determined to make her giggle because of me, full time and never ever shed a tear ever again.
Man, I love this girl.
No Ones POV
BOOMER signaled the people he had behind him to start the music while Bubbles just stared up at him, and only him, with stars in her eyes.
Boomer: Yeah, you!
Yeah, you!
I used to wanna be

He gave Bubbles a wink and she just hopes her face isn't pink. (It is, Boomer thinks it's adorable.)
Boomer: I used to be so tough

And then you caught my eye

I can't even talk, still stuttering
This ground I'm on, it keeps shaking

People were starting to gather around on the beach, dancing along to the rhythm of the song. Well duh, Boomer Jojo is literally performing?! And just for me... Bubbles said in her head, smiling at the thought.

Feeling a little bold, Bubbles decided to get on the platform with them and grabbed one of the spare mics, surprising her ex. She just jokingly stuck her tongue out at him and he just chuckled at the girl, wondering what she'll do next.
Bubbles: I used to run around

But now, I wake each day
Looking for a way that I can see your face
Boomer: Yeah, you!
Bubbles: I've got your photograph

The two were just dancing with each other, to them, it felt like they were the only two people in the world. They were so in love and the crowed danced along with them.

Boomer was raising his hands and clapping them along to the beat, gesturing the crowd to clap and sing along. Bubbles just stared at him in awe.

Bubbles: (Somebody to you~!)
Boomer: (Somebody for you!)

Bubbles: (Is somebody to you)
Boomer: Yeah, you!
Everybody's trying to be a billionaire

The crowd erupted with cheers but neither blues were focused on that, they were focused solely on each other, like they were in a trance. Soon, the crowd started to break away and the band behind Boomer, he just thanked them and walked closer to the girl.
As soon as he got right in front of her, everyone basically left the beach, the soft moonlight was glistening on Bubbles and gosh.. did she look beautiful.
"You're so beautiful." Bubbles just blushed a pretty scarlet, "Th-Thank you.. so are you. And your song. It was so beautiful, I could listen to it all day long." Boomer smiled bashfully at her words, "Thank you, I mean I hoped you would like it, considering I wrote it about you."
It's like something in the atmosphere shifted, Boomer caressed her face and grabbed her chin, looking at her lips and back at her eyes to see if she wanted this, he didn't have to look for long because Bubbles grabbed him by the shirt and pulled him close to her, closing all the space between them as she smashed her lips onto his.
He kissed her back immediately and they moved in perfect harmony, Bubbles still tugging on his shirt and his hands flying to her waist, giving her a little squeeze.
After what seems like forever, they finally pulled apart, gasping for air. "Fuck, you don't know how long I've been waiting to do that again."
And the two just giggled.
