Collector sat in their tile, trying to rest as Belos ranted about The Day Of Unity. He always did this, Collector found it boring and was quite frankly fed up by it. "Collector? Are you listening?" Belos said, glancing at the tile resting on his desk. Collector groaned "yea, I am. Just not too happy about the fact you haven't freed me yet" he said, their shadow form emerging to look at Belos. The tyrant sighed "you'll get your reward when the Day Of Unity arrives" he said to the small God, lying to the trapped entity to further manipulate them. Collector huffed, crossing their arms "fiiine. Now let me rest! I'm sleepy" he said, returning to the tile for a nap.

Soon enough the day had arrived, Collector was excited to be freed but at the same time he was having their doubts about Belos. -will he actually free me? Is doing this actually worth the reward..?- Collector thought as he watched the Emperor prepare the final touches for the draining spell. The trapped God completely oblivious to Belos' intentions on keeping them trapped in the tile. Unfortunately he discovered too late, the spell was happening and Collector was still trapped, only realising Belos deceived them when he threw the tile down a cavern. "YOU'RE A LIAR! LIAR LIAR! PANTS ON FIRREEEE!!" Collector yelled as he fell, enraged and saddened by the betrayal.

In the end, Collector did get a friend. A baby titan called King; but their question still stands despite this. Is friendship a worthy reward? "Collector? Why aren't you smiling? You said you were excited to play with me" King said worriedly, walking to the now freed God. Collector sighed, their eyes full of shame and regret "I just wish I hadn't have helped Belos.." he said softly "I caused all this mess.." they added quietly. King wasn't sure how to respond so he simply hugged his new friend in hopes it would help. And it did help a lot
